Seems Libertarian in its roots, which I like, however having each generation write its own Constitution seems overly risky in design, and pure chaos in execution. Honestly, America's founders fucking nailed it with the Bill of Rights and while I do believe in adding amendments to keep the document efficiently relevant as society evolves, those founding ideals and principles are not to be touched, period.
Coming from a Red Pill frame the social contract of marriage is invalid not because it lacks the requirements of a contract, but because those requirements mean absolutely nothing in the eyes of our court system, especially if you're a man.

I hear you on the above, but what about the SC in regards to men as the providers and protectors of society? Is the SC not equally invalid in a society that demonizes men, and pedalstalises woman? I know that I never signed such contract.

In a society built upon Natural Law, men are the protectors and providers and women are the nurturers and means of continuation of society, as it should be. However, with feminism essentially crushing Natural Law and allowing hypergamy to run wild while simultaneously shaming polygamy, we are at a tipping point, so yes, men are quickly realizing they are no longer the providers and protectors of society, or at the very least that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. Our natural evolution is to lead a Red Pill lifestyle until society collapses under its own irresponsibility, and then the strong will rebuild, hopefully learning the lessons of those who failed before them.

Obviously the "social contract" is not an actual contract. It's an incomplete metaphor, and everyone who hasn't got shit for brains understands that.

He's making a fool of himself by holding it to the same standards.

No one ever singed the social contract, since there's no contract. It simply means that if you choose to live here, in this general geographic area, you also will be subject to certain laws and norms that the general population of this area adhere to.

You realize it is very difficult to move to other countries. And that there are essentially no countries with laws acceptable to many people (legal drugs including all medicenes, low business regulations, etc). The only way to get a reasonable level of freedom is to have enough money and live in a somewhat corrupt country (thank God for corruption). For example suffiently rich people can get any drug they like safely.
