unbiased studies and surveys (where men and women are asked the exact same questions) show that men and women commit spousal abuse at the same rate, and that women commit child abuse and child murder at higher rates. (however, it's also true that men do more physical damage and are more likely to grievously beat or murder intimate partners overall. don't deny stats just because they say something bad about your sex. that's feminism.)

if you have any experience with how domestic violence cases are handled by the police and courts, it's assumed that women don't commit abuse. it's unreasonably difficult to bring a abusive wife or negligent mother to justice. it's maddening, but it's political suicide to claim that women and mothers need to be punished for their crimes for the betterment of society. a DA, state prosecutor, or judge won't be able to make a career by championing a cause to jail abusive women or mothers. it's much easier to make a name and career for yourself by punishing hordes of men, though. that's politically correct.

men need to be aware that women can have you put in jail within 24 hours by simply calling the police and claiming assault over the phone. the cops will come to your workplace and arrest you based on a woman's word and whim. even if the charges are dropped and she's proven to have lied, it will cost you dearly in terms of both your reputation and your wallet.

now you might be thinking, "well just don't date crazy women, problem solved." that's good advice, or course, but that's blaming the victim. the justice system should work to protect people from other's malicious intent, and it currently fails to do so. if anything, the justice system rewards women who lie about domestic violence, and just like any bureaucracy, they do so because it's good for their business overall. more cases and more convictions in a given county means that the courthouse and police departments get to maintain or expand their budgets. every police chief, lawyer, judge, etc. wants to be able to claim that the crime rates are rising, but that they can do something about it you elect them and give them the budget we need! it's all a business, and men (and blacks, for that matter) are the easiest fodder for inflating crime stats.

it's the same reason why so many organizations are intent on spreading lies about the "rape epidemic" when rates of sexual crimes have demonstrably decreased in recent years. it's why prison guard and police officer unions fund anti-marijuana lobbyists. they have to justify their existence and need for taxpayer funding, and the easiest way (and sometimes the only way) to do that is to artificially inflate crime rates committed by the usual suspects or their chosen boogeyman.
