Marriage is a deck that is stacked against men from the beginning. I really just don't understand how any man could agree to marriage without an ironclad pre-nup that protects him.

As for this poor son of a bitch, unless there were extenuating circumstances (i.e. severe medical issues) why would you go one month celibate, much less 5 years? Anything over 2 weeks (again, excluding serious medical issues) would be a huge red flag to me that there were issues in the relationship.

I have a three date rule. If we haven't had sex by the end of the third date, there won't be a fourth date. It's a dead giveaway that we won't be compatible and the few times that I've ignored the rule only serve to remind me of why I have that rule in the first place.
