That was filmed in PCB. I live there. It isn't a "Spring Break Destination" anymore because of a riot here a few years back. It is actually illegal to drink on the beach due to that but the police are lenient. If you want ratchet shit, then you need to go to actual spring break places like Cancun, Cabo, or Vegas. To be honest, the temp here is like in the 70s at the beach and the water is in the 50s. So, not to much "beachy weather". Plus, there isn't much entertainment on the actual beach. Condos are built on the sand. There are bars around but the police are everywhere.

California is no longer a good spring break area. High prices of hotels, strick drinking laws, massive police presence, lack of entertainment. Pretty much just a basic city with an ocean near it. Everyone that I know that is still in college have either went to Mexico or the Bahamas.

Spring Break party towns are a trap. They allow law enforcement to give tickets/probabtion to rich white kids so their parents can pay for it.
