...it is immediately obvious that what these women wrote in their 'headline' had almost nothing to do with whether they were selected. I wonder what their profile pictures looked like?

As for the men, lots of demonstrating value (Ivy Lawyer, jokes, selectivity, etc.) I am willing to be that these men also were very physically attractive.
