Once you swallow TRP you will experience a hostile period of self awareness. You will suddenly begin to notice that people respond to you in a negate way, not because you are a loser, but because you are standing at the bar in faded jeans, a 'funny' print tee and old joggers. You will suddenly realise how lazy you are, how malleable your frame is to the whims of women, how you are a slave to the myriad of social pressures that you once felt but did not understand.

This stage will hurt, but it is necessary for your growth.

Next you will do something radical to your sluggish way of life. You will wear a button down instead of the tee. And Sally Big Tits will smile at you for the first time ever. So you might wear it every day. And now more smiles. What about if I stand a little straighter and talk a little more assertive? Oh! Look at the reaction.

HOW THE FUCK WAS I NOT AWARE OF THIS?? It is so simple, so easy to do!

And then you hit another hurdle. Maintaining frame. It's like stepping from the minor leagues of material improvement(gym, clothes, body language) to the big leagues. This won't be a simple choice between colours on a clothes rack that fit nicely with your look. It is going to be a painful roller coaster/whirlwind from which you try to pluck your morals, beliefs and true desires.

I'm at that stage and I would recommend:

Get a journal and write down everything you agree with and why you agree and how you are going to implement it in to your everyday life.

Thoughts are passing wind that will be forgotten in minutes unless you write them down and spend time considering them.
