When it comes to conversation I always found it hard to understand the concept of framing. This was until this old news video made it clear to me.

The reporter is trying to set the frame of "How do you explain these few complaints", while Arnold is trying to set the frame of "Look at how few complaints we have, things are working well". Its interesting to see them battle and how Arnold gains control in the end with logic and touch.

Lessons learned:

More conscious of what frame is.

Logic and touch can disarm a woman who is trying to set a negative frame.
