You highlight shit that gets posted here that makes no sense sure, but what are you bringing ?
You could have given examples where "being yourself", being nice", etc... are actually true. Or how you can work towards improvement and have positive feedback on yourself.
At some point being yourself will be true, cause you'll be awesome, or at least an slightly less depressing version of you.
Being nice is more about being charming, and that goes with presenting yourself in a better way.
Finding someone when not looking is actually being chased, because, again, you are working towards being awesome in your specific field.
Finally when all the above requirements are met, it will be difficult not to love yourself.
There are a few posts about crafting healthy habits that gives positive feedback.
