No, you gotta go experience it yourself. There are academic aspects once you've accepted it, but in and of itself, you can't only take it after having some experiences with women.

Are you depressed?

I'm ultradian bipolar myself, and when I used to get down, I would feel weak and asleep. Now when I get down, I take that same angst and energy, and I create. I write, go to the gym, paint, buy art, sell art, decorate, and read. I do things that add value to me as a person.

I'm sure you have some skills or hobbies that you're proud of. Exercise! Be proud of your health!

Women love a man who is happy with himself. Happy people treat their women well, and they get treated well back in return.

I am definitely depressed. I am trying to find positive outlets for my pain, but nothing is resolving. It all seems like dead ends if I can't wake up.

Thank you. I will. My goals currently consist of keeping myself feed and clean, and finding something constructive (cooking, gardening, /r/buildapc) to do that day.

I did feel better when I was going to the gym, but that is no longer an option. I was doing an at home routine awhile ago, I suppose I should get back to that.

How clean is your place?

I found that my life greatly improved, and my general disposition measured by, how tidy my house is. If it's messy, order a fucking pizza and spend the next 8 hours making it spotless. It feels good.
