Know your own "Alpha Core" and others will sense it.

You are correct that you do not "declare" your Alpha state it is known by others as a matter of fact.

PUA's can fake it, but you are better off really achieving it.

A great morning regimen is to power walk for an hour, 30 mins of breathing exercises, 30 mins of static stretching and mobility work, a cold shower, then eggs, bacon, avocado and an orange.
