This is the wrong subreddit for this post. All TRP is trying to do is instruct guys into having relationships they can be happy with. The focus is on self-improvement and the reality of social/relationship dynamics. You sound like you are just attempting to pick a fight.

Alpha is just an ethological term to describe a set of characteristics that makes an individual independent and/or leadership material. For many beta animals, this offers feelings of relationship stability, security, and direction.

Beta characteristics like loyalty are valuable as well, but they tend to be focused on the relationship itself. Too much of this and it could breed codependency, when a lot of us would prefer synergy. It loses value once the relationship changes or ends and many betas can suffer from that if they don't have independent sources of value.

People here promote alpha characteristics as they are relationship independent. Even if you aren't in a relationship, you should still thrive.

If you are looking for the woman focused subreddit it is clear you didn't look at the sidebar very closely.
