Usually it's business casual. Nice dress shoes are important. Try to get your clothing tailored or buy to fit your body type. It makes a huge difference in your appearance and confidence level.

I wear a lot of Vans sneakers when I'm going casual, almost always a button-up long sleeve shirt, and I wear linen as much as possible.

I go for that stoner-chic/off-beat professional look. Casual and comfortable but never sloppy.
