Red pill truth is everywhere, we just can't mention the red pill.

So, what did this 'social experiment' teach us? 'Women can always count on white knights and men should always look out for themselves because no one else is going to do it.'
Yeah, old news is old...

You missed the point. It's about exposing more and more of these Beta's.
THESE BETAS AINT LOYAL

"We're just filming a social experiment. Thanks for raising awareness man."
At 1:33, I fucking cracked up

The part in the little outdoor food court was hilarious. All the white knights came sprinting and the African American gentlemen took him aside "look here son I know these hoes ain't loyal but you gotta keep it inside the house."

When the other black dude smacked him with the girl I was in tears
[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
If the guy was rich incognito he wouldn't have laid a finger on him. That's what I found most exposing about that guy, rather him being a white knight.
That's why I lift so hard. If that was me in that situation I would of disregarded the girl and put that monkey in the ground.
[–]Rehydrate1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Exactly. Not only that, but that guy smacked him for basically being a pussy and not fighting back, but I'm almost certain that if the roles were reversed between the youtuber and the girl, he would've jumped in as a white knight anyway. Fuck our society.

No he would wait back until bigger guys went first and he'd follow like the beta he is. I feel sorry for people like that. They feel like it's a rule to not tangle with someone larger than you.
Last weekend I knocked out a 6'5" guy at the bar for being an idiot and I'm only 5'5". I like breaking society's rules. I may be short but with a 575# deadlift I'm definitely not small. Great way to catch assholes off guard though. It's actually a blessing in disguise.
[–]Rehydrate0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
575? That's fucking impressive man. How often do you deadlift? I'm your typical weak/skinny tall dude but I've gained almost 30lbs(dirty bulk obviously) in the past 6 months, but I still feel like my bench and deadlift is struggling. I deadlift every other day and add 5lbs every week. Am I going too slow? (3 sets 5 reps)
You're exactly like my homie, dude is 5"6 and looks small in his hoodie, but he lifts and has a background in MMA so he can dummy men twice his size like it's nothing.

I only do it once per week. Squats on Monday, deadlift on Thursday. Thanks but I compare myself to Franco colombu, who is also 5'5" and could deadlift cars and 780# for reps. serious competition right there.
Sometimes I'll deadlift twice a week and Monday would be to work up to your 1rm, then do 5x2 @ 85%1rm. Or if you're looking to build some serious power you could do 5x3 @70-80%1rm followed by a 30 sec skiErg/airdyne/row at an all out sprint (4-6 min rests in between rounds).
Thursdays I would do a bunch of lighter weight (35#,53#,90#,135#) straight leg deadlifts supplemented with box jumps, sprints... maybe throw in a 2000m row for time at the end...
Defenitelymcheck out Elliot Hulse' videos on Deadlifting. He's an expert on the deadlift. I saw a video of him pulling 315# with an abnormally fat bar. It looked ridiculous.
But the one workout I do from time to time, that will give you unshakeable confidence (maintaining frame like we always talk about here), is the 100 squat challenge. I don't care how big or bad you are, it will test your soul and it's one hell of a psychological transformation. Load the bar to 135# and squat it 100 times. Simple right? The catch is, every time you rack the bar, the penalty is 60 seconds all out on the airdyne (by all out I mean as fast as humanly possible). Then you immediately throw the weight back on and get to squatting. So the rest is never really a rest and it's a harsh mental trip. Most guys get through it in 4 to 8 racks, my first time was 13. If you can maintain frame through that, you can overcome any social anxiety with women or whatever.
Don't be afraid to push yourself with deadlifts. You can strain your back and actually bend it a tiny bit when you're maxing out / going for broke. You really need to be in tune with how your back/spine is doing though, go a little too far and you can get an injury pretty easily.
Or, are you having trouble holding onto the bar, but feel like your back can actually do more? In this case your grip strength is bottlenecking the lift, and you should use lots of chalk, or straps if you feel so inclined (don't want to stop training your grip though... so don't use straps). You can try some of those palm crushers and work on your grip strength. And for the love of god you better be using mixed grip when lifting.
I had the same problem with bench. At one point I was deadlifting 445, squatting like 380-390 for 1RM, and benching just 235. This isn't out of the ordinary considering I did Starting Strength for like 2 years. Once you get your deadlift and squats up, then you need to move on and start focusing on upper body and arms. SS, StrongLifts etc are just to build a beginning base. Then you have to move outwards and flesh out the smaller muscles. You also will want to try out different rep/set schemes for benching / upper body.
Also, eat a shit ton of food. Whole milk, hamburgers, steaks, fried chicken. A lot of people don't realize how much food really helps with bulking.
EDIT: Also, make sure you go ass to grass for squats, or at least work on getting there.

It's actually more impressive because 'size matters'

Shorter limbs have more leverage.

I wish there was a third variable, lets call it the "Ray Rice variable," in which shes beating him and he gets fed up and strikes back. Wonder how that would turn out.
[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He would get white knight treatment just like before. We are not real men or woman beaters

One of the most powerful videos I've ever seen has been deleted. Thanks mod. No need for BP to invade, you're destroying this place yourselves.
