Yes. It'd be like owning a ferrari and never driving it, but it's possible.

A better question would be why such a man would need it - he's not going to be able to attract women with it (because he's not meeting anyone), so what good does it do him?

I have friends and get along very well with everyone I meet. At the same time I prefer my own company and being left alone. I play with my dogs, workout, work, watch movies, play games, restore vintage bikes etc.

Just because I don't feel the need to go out socialising every weekend doesn't mean I'm a loner.

Revolving your life around pussy is not mandatory.

If you have high SMV you can maybe do that more easily, but in the end some might still see revolving your life around females as pointless. Some might enjoy getting laid a lot, some might find that HATE (Hand Alternative Threshold Exceeded) is rare, high SMV or not.

There's nothing inherently wrong with infrequently socializing but simply be aware of the cost. Most people find that who you know is more important than what know and by limiting your social interactions you're limiting your opportunities for meeting the right people, or maintaining friendships/relationship with the right people.

I hate the whole networking thing as much as the next guy but I recognise it's how the world works and getting a foot in the door is much harder than demonstrating your worth once you're there. The best opportunities I've had in my life came from knowing someone, hearing a rumour through friends, being amongst one inner circle or another. For these things to happen I had to actively maintain friendships and other relationships through socializing in one form or another.

Some guys work or live in ways where they don't particularly benefit from it and if you're one of them great. If you're not, at least be aware of the cost and make an educated decision.

edit: in direct answer to your question of course you can be the lone wolf style high SMV guy. Mysterious, aloof, always busy, etc.
