Simple, if it were true, the market would've taken advantage of it. I'd fire all the guys and hire only girls to save money. There would be literally 0 women unemployed.

TheIslander829's response is a good one. There are also lots of resources out there debunking the wage gap myth.

But in reality, there's no point in arguing it rationally, because usually they've already decided that The Patriarchy is to blame.

So when women bring up this tiresome topic, I just say "Isn't it obvious? Men are worth more than women" and then go do something else.

I like fox news for putting a spotlight on the ugly side of liberals, which most of our feminized blue pull society thinks is blasphemy. They can be sensational but they are practically fighting alone, so I can hardly fault them for it.
