TLDR;

There is some disbelief thrown around in comment's as to monk mode and why it's relevant. I was pondering over the past few days as to why it actually works and what actually builds everything for a guy when he commits himself to this lifestyle, this is my own individual insight into it.

The guys that need to be thrown into monk mode are generally broken guys. They've striven for success there whole life in the form of being nice, breaking there back for other people and being a "good person" to society's moral code. When this flips and fucks them over which inevitably it will in some way shape or form, they begin to break.

It results in allot of anxiety and depression. Generally speaking no balls to be what it is as a man. Lack of confidence to do something as small as look a guy in the eye. Now me personally, don't take this as me shunning out guys and calling them out on shit, I'm just providing my insight of what i've seen happen. I myself am only 18 & 5"4, but I walk past grown men every day that tower over me that will drop there eyes without a seconds hesitation. This is not a good fucking thing and it hurts to see that shit.

Why monk mode works

So, when you enter monk mode, you flip your life around to a life of productivity and self-improvement. Anxiety comes from a thought process that actions that a person does are incorrect and they feel it is wrong to do those actions or say things in a certain way or they feel judged for every decision they enter.

When you flip the script and live a life of self improvement (monk mode). Purely focusing on yourself.

THERE IS NOTHING FUCKING BAD ABOUT YOU

You kick ass all day every day. You wake up, you work out. You shit on your career and take it to new levels. You build an empire of finances and assets, you learn to fight (if chosen). You develop skills, hobbies and things that make you a beneficial person. You change from someone who has nothing beneficial to offer. To someone who is nothing but beneficial.

There is nothing wrong with what you do because everything you simply do is awesome. You don't do stupid shit. So therefore as a result of nothing being bad within your lifestyle, you grow as a person. You develop a sense of pride in what you do, in yourself and from pride comes confidence. You develop discipline and you learn to think for yourself.

Nothing fucks with you anymore because nothing matters but what you do. Someone can have an argument with you and blow it all out like its world war 10. However your ass is still waking up at 5:00 tomorrow to drag yourself to the gym. Your still going to work tomorrow and building on your career. Your still going to read that book and get one step ahead in life.

Me personally, I get anxious as fuck when I'm high. I'm not socially awkward, Im a great guy and im outgoing. However when I smoke weed that whole scenario changes and I flip into someone else entirely. I become unsure of actions I do, things I say and how they make people feel. I get this sense of being judged and I take too much care to please other people because Im stressed the fuck out. I feel confident in nothing I say or anything I do.

This is caused because I let something that could be perceived as bad enter my lifestyle. The second i'm not high (sober the next day), I go back to being a normal guy.

Monk mode allows you to develop a lifestyle that builds your confidence/abilities and perception of yourself into something great simply because everything you do is great. Nothing can be perceived as bad.

Now this is just my collective thoughts over the past few days. If I've got it wrong or you know things I can expand on or know roll in with your words of wisdom gents.
