I am one of that group of men avoiding marriage: I'm in my early 40s and have ZERO interest in marriage. Fortunately I was smart enough to not take the plunge the few times I was tempted to when I was younger. Since I had little interest in kids, I just didn't see how marriage was to my advantage. I still don't.
