You are angry because your trust of women overrides your logical perception.

Your anger is known as "cognitive dissonance." This cognitive dissonance is particularly oppressive as it is entirely external in source.

I digress; you hear that women want equality. That makes SO MUCH sense to you, that you not only believe they feel that way, but you feel that way too. This happens because logic is inherent to you, else cognitive dissonance would not be so discomforting.

Everyone is happy and 100% of the population believes that men and women should be treated equally. Then you notice not only are women striving for superior treatment, but still claim to do so under the guise of equal treatment!

This cognitive assault is easily disarmed if you take care with your logic:

The notion that the woman champions feminism because equality is sensible and logical is a non sequitur. Equality may be sensible and logical, but motives can expand beyond and even exclude this thought.

It is what it is: Feminism is the benefit of unwarranted reward (which men could arguably have) and the rejection of social responsibility (which men are de facto saddled with).

People should have agency over themselves. While only men mean it, feminists will agree to this as well. If you feel a change in your behaviour is warranted by her interests, I suggest you become an egalitarian.

However, from your story it sounds like you are more worried about losing a "good thing" than she is actually showing a budding interest in feminism. Maybe stop being so weak?... Which brings us too:

Can't help you there. It takes all sorts though, you know? It really wouldn't be an ideal world if everyone was alpha and no one was beta (logistics aside).

Generally people who are worried about being a beta rather than an alpha are only trying to achieve a lifestyle change in hopes that it will get them laid: that attitude is blue as can be.

Your first and most important step is realizing that you biologically desire a woman to provide you offspring. That is not the end all be all of her worth, but it is an instinct that has proved fruitful over time.

Next realize how you interpret that natural desire through the cultural lens, and how that cultural lens could represent yet distort the reality of your feelings like a fun house mirror.

Finally, you must set fire to everything in your life, watch as it burns; dig through the ashes to see what remains.
