Intro:

I started walking down TRP path about a year ago and it is time for me to give something back. I grew up in a similar situation to many here. My father left when I was too young to remember and I was raised by a single mom. Luckily my uncle and grandfather made as much of an effort as they could to show me the way and be male figures in my life so adapting TRP hasn’t been as much of a struggle as they are both great examples of what a man should be. My grandpa has always told me, “Take a look in the mirror.” This has been what sticks with me the most. This is because a mirror does not lie, it shows you what a piece of shit you are. The mirror is there for you not only for you to see yourself, but to really look at who you are and reflect on your shortcomings. Being able to introspect and grow is part of being a man.

Note: Be aware of the Narcissus Effect from the 44th law in order fully realize this principle.

Body:

Your girlfriend dumped you due to becoming a bitch and now you feel lost and hopeless. Good. You now have the opportunity to learn and grow from this so it does not happen again. Like many others, my world was rocked by a sloot I was in love with. The oxytocin had turned me into an addict and I couldn’t get enough. Now that I am a year removed from the incident, I realize it was the best thing that could happen to me. Although my “unicorn” left me face down in the dirt for dead and at the time it fucked me up something awful, it was good. Without her I would have continued to be a plugged in worthless piece of shit.

As you are sitting on the couch feeling lifeless and hopeless, I encourage you to look at this not as the worst thing that has happened to you, but rather the best thing. This is your opportunity to become something more, something better, something worth a damn. Right now you are a piece of shit, wallowing in your own sorrow. Get off the couch, get your sorry ass to the gym, educate yourself, read, learn, lift, reflect and grow. I have realized that being broken up with by your “unicorn” is not the end of the world, no, it is merely the beginning. You should too. This is your shot, your opportunity, do not let it slip, capture it and become a man. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

In my eyes at this point you have three options:

  1. You enjoy being in a LTR and hope to have a family one day, this is it. This is your time to become good enough to maintain a healthy LTR, but first you have to put in the blood, sweat, and tears it takes to become worthy.

  2. You can learn to get laid and fulfill your manly needs without all the attachment issues here. Again, you will need to put in the work first. See Post : HOW TO GET LAID LIKE A WARLORD: 37 Rules of Approaching Model-Tier Girls

  3. This could also be your time of awakening to realize that you do not want to deal with all the bullshit and want to go your own way.

Conclusion:

TRP is not easy and there are times when you will fail but you will get there. It is a long journey that I myself have just begun. I view TRP like climbing a ladder, you need to start at the first rung and climb your way to the top. Sometimes you will grab onto a rung and it will snap and you will fall but with the new muscles you have cultivated from a heathy diet and lifting, you will not fall to the bottom but continue your ascent and give no fucks that a rung snapped on you. It is just the opportunity to become stronger. Remember that life is not easy and nobody gives a fuck about you, except you. Keep clawing tooth and nail and you will make it to the top. At the top you will find a new ladder to climb and you will conquer that bitch. So you got broken up with, cheated on, lied to, and conditioned to believe some false bullshit. You were kicked off your ladder and landed face first. Good. Now is the time to get back your feet and start climbing that ladder once again. Now that you’re here, you have begun a never ending journey to become something worth a damn. You have only up to go from here. Good luck.
