How long have you been doing this (2nd exercise in particular)? Do you do it daily, and have you observed lasting results? I’m theatrically trained, so I developed abdominal projection years ago, but I hate how high-pitched my voice sounds and have been looking for a solution. Just doing this for 10 minutes, I do seem to notice a difference, although it may be in my head. Wondering how long it takes to see results and how long until those results “wear off..?” If it’s a muscle like any other, yo…

Hey I’ve been looking around for the journals you’re talking about and am not able to find them. I’d be very interested in reading them- can you provide any links? Really interested in his notes on this stuff.

However- the point of my post was to try to understand “The Male-Female Hug” from the female’s perspective; hence the concern of not communicating weakness, platonicism, etc. That’s the point of this forum and everything on it. No need for condescension.

Some say kissing on the cheek (outside of EU I guess) is very weak and “friendly” behavior. As in, “Why didn’t he go for the lips?”

I'm taking a wild assed guess that some of the women you've been interacting with would describe things differently than you have. I think you need to work on your approach. Sometimes a hug is just a hug. Thank you- please elaborate

Wow, that totally makes sense from an evolutionary standpoint. I've been binging radio episodes of Loveline on youtube and 95% are calls with women whose father was absent, it's nuts. Will check out the link, thanks.

I've noticed that about post-wall women at the gym as well, especially women around their mid-forties. They look miserable, and as if they are fighting a constant uphill battle against time that they know they will never win. They seem to hate it. I almost feel bad for them.

It's better to fail tremendously than to do nothing. Every failure or "cringe" moment is a learning experience. I discovered this place at 32 so I already had a lot of life/women experience, so the material clicked right away, and I knew it as fact rather than theory unlike a lot of others here. My goal upon learning this stuff was to crash and burn with women as quickly and spectacularly as possible, to grow as efficiently as I could. Take huge risks, be bold- far bolder than is within your com…

I'm with you. Visited Toronto a couple times a few years ago. I was constantly seeing the hottest women I'd ever seen in my life. I like mixed, ethnically ambiguous women, and there seemed to be no shortage. I've always since thought of it as the place with the hottest women. I'm moving to LA this year though, hoping that title changes!

I'm telling you, being shorter can actually be an advantage- girls might question it at very first glance, but when they see you are the life of the party, are a ton of fun and truly don't give a fuck, they are captivated. It surprises them. I generally am not attracted to girls taller than me and almost exclusively go for girls shorter than me. Your personal perception of who you are is more important; it is the definition of Frame. Everything else- your entire life experience- and, indeed, the entire world around you, is defined by this. It is the definition of Frame. You must be so certain in who you are and your place on the Earth that it is absolutely unshakable. Nothing is more important. Edit: People will fall in line with your frame. If they don't, they have no place in your life. Be prepared to lose close friends once you make …

Great post. We are indeed blessed to have the red lens. I cringe when I see afc/nice guy behavior (daily) because I've been there and can relate, but goddamn, after a year of TRP it feels awfully powerful to have this sixth sense and be viewed as top shelf by the women who get to interact with me.

The moral is that there is no single standard by which a man can be better than other men. Great point, and one I haven't seen on here. Really hits home and shows that only you can decide what the best version of yourself can be. You are trailblazing your own path! There is no path to follow. Thank you.

Married/taken women are more inclined to advances because it's a win-win for them- a simultaneous double test for both the boyfriend/husband and the new guy. She's testing the new guy: "Are you strong enough to win me over my partner?" She's testing the partner: "Are you strong enough to win me over this other guy?" It's validation from all sides, all to her benefit and entertainment.

"Man cannot remake himself without pain, for he is both the marble and the sculptor." It will take time but you have to keep pushing. Think of all of your ancestors who struggled so that you could be here to prosper- do them justice. Do yourself justice, for it is your birthright to succeed in this way as a Man. This shit is true, and when I was at my lowest exactly one year ago, I would read stuff like this and it would seem impossibly distant. Like something deep inside realized it was true, but I truly never thought I'd see the day when I would "come to terms" with the reality that my "ideal woman" could reject me. It really is only the beginning of an amazing opportunity to become the MAN you are destined to become. You will one day be grateful it happened.

It's funny bc I used to do a lot of things that put me in the public eye. Women would act like this all the time towards me, so much so that it was annoying bc I thought it wasn't their "real" personalities. I watched this video last night, it was amazing. It really struck me when the computer was giving advice, and I actually laughed out loud when it said, "Trust me." Actually made me cringe a bit as it reminded me of times I fucked up with women in my days of BP-past. Have you read The Book of Pook? Life should be about you having fun, and you allow girls to participate in your fun life. Maybe you're being too serious/thinking too hard? I get this way sometimes and have to remind myself. It's funny, because of course the times when you're just enjoying yourself and not thinking about girls are the times when girls magically find their way into your orbit.

It clicked with me literally immediately. The first week I discovered this sub was hungrily reading everything, every day all the time, even on breaks at work. I'm 32, have dated dozens of women from around the world "successfully" (via beta standards), and the first several days were filled with adrenaline as everything I had been confused about my whole life finally made sense. Somewhere along the way, I implicitly bought into some blue pill nonsense (hard not to do in psych programs) Why is this? Women become more attractive the more attracted they are to you. This is something I haven't seen mentioned on TRP as far as I can tell. I try not to use the 1-10 scale so as not to pedestalize, but I was at salsa lessons last week and there was a 7 and also an 8.5. The 8.5 responded well enough to my flirting/interactions, but the 7 was outrageously attracted to me. There was some cartoon show I saw as a kid in the early 90's (I think it was Bobby's World), and a kid on there would ask all these hot and popular girls out. You have to throw in some beta at some point (appreciation, affection, "vulnerability"). But you should always lead, always. Always have a plan, know what's best, etc. You literally can never stop "gaming" her, and all women will always test you, forever and ever. This sub deals a lot with spinning plates, but to answer your question and general strategy regarding LTRs, I'd direct you to the Married Red Pill sub.

It's always the man's fault- success or failure in a relationship is always a result of the man's ability to lead.
/r/TheRedPill24/08/17 09:54 PM

You have to treat all women the same, and you have to be consistent, always. Sometimes, especially when you just start out on your Red Pill path, it's easy to treat girls differently when you really like them or if they're really into you. You start to think, "This girl's different," or, "I've got this in the bag, I can 'relax' on the dominant stuff," and tread dangerously close to oneitis territory. This is especially easy if you're a recovering niceguy. You start complimenting her, start suppl…

This is one of the best replies I've read on TRP. Sound advice here, OP. Real love experienced by a masculine man is like owning a puppy, not being the puppy. This line is going to be my mantra next time I find myself losing my shit over a babe who's totally into me. These days I'm getting more affection from women than I ever have before and it's unreal. I find when they're all over me that it's easy to involuntarily retreat back to the "boy" and supplicate. Sure enough, they are immediately tu…

Absolutely makes sense biologically speaking. Makes sense metaphorically/psychologically as well-- men are generally forward-thinking, decisive, goal/outcome-oriented. Women are all over the place.

This is a great response. After nearly a year of TRP and working on myself to shed the niceguy, I'm finally truly finding the balance between "asshole" and "good man." I've realized that finding the balance really entails cutting away some of the "new asshole" aspects and let your true charisma shine. Being able to pull it out once in awhile when needed, like you said, is key. Great epiphany just this weekend when I "rediscovered" my true charisma which had been kind of lying dormant in this per…

I'm just asking if Asian women are, in fact, at a biological advantage over other "races" in terms of their fertility window. Sounds like you're saying they are not.
/r/TheRedPill07/08/17 02:32 PM
2

Honest question- I do find that Asian women tend to age very well (aesthetically) compared to every other "race" of women. I know 30 year old Asian chicks who literally look 16. Despite their youthful appearance, their biological clock is wired the same as all other women? Or do they actually have more time? They still literally feel their biological clocks in their late-20's to 30 as well?

You have to get RUINED by a girl for the inner Alpha to come out. But it is the worst pain you've ever felt in your life, I know. It will pass and you will emerge a righteous Man, trust me, it took me a long time but I'm finally feeling really strong and powerful. Man cannot change himself without pain for he is both the marble and the sculptor.
/r/askTRP27/07/17 02:43 PM

I disagree with the last guy. I say be direct: "Hey, when are you free this week?" Pick a time she gives and tell her to meet you somewhere at a specific time. "What are we doing?" She asks. "You'll just have to wait and see ;)" or whatever. Direct and assertive. Turns girls on and they will mention it on the date. Edit: but he's right about her being interested if she offers an alternative meet time if she "can't make it" the first suggestion.
/r/TheRedPill27/07/17 02:23 AM

Ugh. I was actually expecting worse... I thought his initial response after 5 months or whatever was pretty clever. But he's def BP to the max. "My parents can't wait to meet you." Oh god. Anyone else think they look like siblings?

I had no idea since I always game solo, day or night. Once I walked in a bar with a (male) friend it was like a hundred times easier. And once I had a girl crawling on my arm I was getting huge IOIs from every other girl in sight. Makes total sense how meeting chicks through friends is best. Gaming solo and cold approaching is like seduction on hard mode.
/r/TheRedPill25/07/17 07:04 PM

This is true- and the benefit is that it will be way easier for you after having so much cold approach practice. I recently met a girl at an event through some acquaintances and when I went for the number close at the end she was visibly turned on at my confidence and casual nature as I handed her my phone. This chick is nearly a dime and would possibly give me a lot of shit from a cold approach. I genuinely wasn't nervous at all after having so much practice lately, but I've leaned that social …

I understand man, but as I suggested before, you should read Corey Wayne's book and check out his videos on youtube (as supplements). I'd encourage you to not naysay this advice like last time without investigating it. I'd second this. I fell into such an extreme case of oneitis last year, which ultimately led me here. When she eventually rejected me I truly thought I was going to die- unbelievably agonizing. In fact, the parts of the brain that are tormented during a horrible rejection/breakup are the same ones that light up atter the death of a close loved one. But the things I learned through the aftermath of the oneitis experience were so precious, and in many ways I feel very fortunate to have learned the…

You suggest telling her to exchange info, then continuing to hang out with her (and just kinda hope the other guy goes away)? I suppose by doing this you display huge confidence, as in, "Sure, take this chump's number- he can't compare to me anyway as I have no competition?" I think that makes sense when looking at it as a shit test, but it feels more like outright disrespect, especially on a first date, and therefore weird to want to continue hanging with her. Right on, man. I love the challenge of conversations so much that when the guy FIRST started talking with her, I was kind of excited about it. As in, "How could this guy possibly out-alpha me in conversation." But as I mentioned before, the barstools were in a straight line, so to even see the guy I had to lean past the girl (who's back was already facing me)- would be totally in his frame. Thank you. Yeah a more thorough post on that would be greatly appreciated and would probably be sidebar material. That's a part of my game I don't have much experience with (yet). But I'll bet it's not that hard once you get the hang of it. It just seems like all this effort of "sheilding" her and moving her around to avoid other guys should be unnecessary. Funny, I took a girl on a date last week, we went to a museum that had a fun hands-on kind of brain teaser/puzzle exhibit. Like a word search where you actually jump on letters that light up and stuff. I love puzzles so I was stoked. There were some competitive puzzle games too. Problem was, she beat me at them! I kind of rushed and didn't think much about it, but lesson learned. I respected her more for beating me, but really, your date should not be beating you at stuff, especially logic games…

Agreed. Dates should be "fun-filled romantic opportunities for sex to happen" and should be at night. Friends meet during the day. Maybe something more active that you're good at so you can have fun doing something YOU like and also show off. I've been digging the "barcade" date lately bc I kick ass at Street Fighter. You can tease her for sucking, push her mid-fight, mash her buttons, walk away for a min then come back and still beat her. Gets her all excited, it's the best. Check out Corey Way…

I'm telling you dude, women can feel that insecurity that you're projecting of your height. I honestly believe being short can be an advantage if you have rock-solid confidence, because it totally surprises the woman. I have taller chicks flirtatiously approach me all the time, probably because I prefer shorter chicks so the taller ones are basically invisible to me. I'm always stunned when tall girls come on to me because it's opposite of what you think. It really is all in your head dude.

Do you specifically suggest using "please" and "could you?" TRP preaches telling them to do stuff and implies that women prefer it this way, but my former nice guy self is still a bit apprehensive about this sometimes.

Good job of course but have you looked into Corey Wayne's work at all? He says to never text/call to confirm the date beforehand because it shows weakness. Instead he says to get her to confirm when you make the date and to say, "Great, I'll meet you at X place and X time then and if something changes we have each other's numbers." Then no contact till the date (unless she contacts you). There are so many small things that actually communicate a lot. Check out his thousands of videos on youtube …

I guess I am too, now that I think about it. But honestly, I never ever think about it. I haven't thought about that sort of thing since middle school. Maybe that's why it's never come up- because I never even consider it. Guys will sometimes say something about it when we're dogging each other. I guess I did have a woman bring it up once when I approached and inadvertently offended her. I was surprised I offended her and acted kind of awkward, then she said something about me being short. She w…

They do have a point that you should be prepared for it, as absolute last resort, especially when physically protecting your woman (and especially as short guys, ie "easy targets"), but I've found in life that fights don't seem to find me much, fortunately. Honestly I don't get shit tests on my height much at all but one tactic I will NOT use is agree/amplify. I suspect any time you hear guys on here suggesting stuff like that ("Yeah I look like a fucking dwarf when I'm not in high heels" etc), …

Yes I'm sure. Develop strong confidence and you'll know. And no fights since middle school, but that was an integral part of developing said confidence for me. Boxing and Judo is really great for this, I'd recommend it highly. Good luck

Girls that are too short just seem wrong based on my height. I'm 5'4" and similarly, girls taller than me just doesn't feel right. I almost always go for women shorter than me, and my height has never been a problem. It may actually be an advantage to be short in a way because women can be totally impressed and taken aback if your confidence is rock solid. Honestly it surprises me that taller women are often into me because it's totally contrary to what you'd think. It may also be because I pay …

Oh, yeah. That's stupid. But hey, it still gives us less competition. Obviously written by a guy (Aziz). Interestingly, I just spoke with a friend who said her close friend recently was seated at a table adjacent to Aziz while he was on a date. Her friend said she said it was obvious he was talking about himself the whole time. Go figure.

Maybe I missed something but from your description season 2 sounds incredibly realistic as he goes all Blue Pill and never gets the girl. I watched season 1 when I was still BP and have been anticipating a cringe-worthy experience in Season 2 now that I know the Truth. I find modern media to be depressing and infuriating because of how brainwashed I was, but am beginning to appreciate it as it keeps me at the upper hand of the vast majority of society.

I'd also suggest On Point with Tom Ashbrook, and Fresh Air with Terry Gross. Both are geniuses regarding keeping a conversation going and asking good questions that get to the point.

Yeah I'm with you on all that, thanks. Also I find that it's a good vetting opportunity to see how appreciative they are of the gesture. Ah yeah, that makes a lot more sense. "The golden pimp move" he calls it or something. Thanks.
/r/TheRedPill31/05/17 08:28 PM

Yeah I get that but if you listen to the clip, he's saying that women want to pay so that they specifically don't have a guy think they owe him anything, and that they partially want to feel like they (the women) are owed something by the guy. For this reason Patrice says to always pay no matter what. Doesn't quite make sense to me considering AF/BB.
/r/TheRedPill31/05/17 07:06 PM
3

Patrice says at 1:20:15 that a man should always be reaching into his pocket and should always pay for dinner/drinks/etc, even if he has to argue with a woman. He says women want to pay as a power move, kind of like a shit test, and that men should never let them have this. How does this jive with the AF/BB dynamic? Isn't that seen as "Beta?"

Especially don't go to a baby booker female therapist. I did this after getting dumped by my oneitis last year and she was just totally blue pill. Ugh, reading your post hits hard. This was totally me with my extreme oneitis last year... It lead me here, so yes, a major blessing. OP, if a woman asks you to change something about yourself and you do, she will actually despise you for being so weak. Found this place last year at 32. Dated dozens and dozens of women all over the world in my days of BP past. Of course. Interesting timing of this question for me. Good mentality, thank you. That's really interesting, I wonder how many chicks have flaked on you after/because of that..? Seems like it has to be executed pretty delicately or else come off as really odd. Or maybe that makes them more comfortable? Also, why in text as opposed to in person? So they can actually send a photo of it or something? Do you reciprocate? Thanks again, I appreciate it.

So if you're on a first or second date at your place, things start to get hot and heavy, clothes come off, then you ask her to pull out her STD test papers? Or when/how do you bring this up?
/r/askTRP13/03/17 09:53 PM

You guys actually ask to see documentation of an STD test before having sex with a girl? Or is this a joke?

Is a girl stopping in the middle of sex saying she can't continue really that abnormal? I've never had that happen but don't think I would have jumped to false rape conclusions. Honest question.

Why doomed from the get go? Cause he's pedestalizing and in her frame? Or do you mean that in general relationships with a oneitis are doomed?

Why do you hard next a oneitis?

Do you specifically hate yourself because you know how pitifully BP you were before, and how this girl knew you as pathetically BP? So you feel she could never really have a "pure" impression of you due to your wimpy-ass past with her? So you kind of inadvertently lose confidence in your future with her because she could never truly 100% trust your masculinity due to this? I'm a totally different person from the BP bitch I was with my oneitis, and whenever I imagine somehow getting with her and …

Why is a girl pressuring for commitment/monogamy at the onset of a relationship a red flag?
/r/askTRP03/03/17 05:34 AM
1

Is that really a red flag? The oneitis that rejected me (which led me here) is 29 and has supposedly been in back to back relationships since she was 16. She's really hot and cool, smart, funny, blah blah. Magnetic person. When she first mentioned that, I was kinda taken aback, but have since figured that this is typical for most hot bubbly girls...?

Got a friendzone offer from my oneitis (which I fortunately declined) about 5 months ago. Couldn't believe it as I knew this girl was crazy into me at first. Saw a post in r/breakups and the guy was just talking about things... differently. In a way that made a lot of sense. I was really inspired, looked into his history, found TRP and discovered that I had been, in fact, a complete weakass chump with her the whole time. Since then I've been a completely different/better Man. Still shocked and a…

Most define "unicorn" foremost as a virgin. Ie, so desired and unlikely that she is viewed as a mythical creature.
/r/askTRP02/03/17 12:09 AM

Yeah exactly. I've done some international travel and know bits of a dozen languages or so. The reaction is sometimes unreal when you greet or thank a woman in her (fairly obscure) native language, especially if your pronunciation is really good. I feel like it's something you may have to experience to understand.

Just do it without thinking, just go into it and approach. Longer you wait and think about it, the worse you will come off. If/when rejection happens, do NOT look at it as "failure"-- it's all learning, and the "failures" are really more valuable than the "successes" because of what you will learn. It's how you grow. Reflect afterward about what you could have done differently because in the future you will at some point get the same responses and you will be prepared. It's really fun once you g…

I know this was posted awhile back but I just wanted to say that this has probably been the most encouraging RP post I've come across and I come back to it often. I discovered TRP not long after getting a LJBF offer from my oneitis (that I fortunately declined) and of course since then have realized just what a weak chump I was the whole time. Had no idea but have transitioned to RP frame pretty quickly and easily. I'm still really embarrassed by how pathetic I was and how pitifully this person …

If there's no date within 48 hours, I hard next. Why is this? Surely some girls are totally booked for 48 hours, no? Also, when approaching at the store, do you approach and generally remark/tease them on stuff they're buying? Or always wait for their IOI, then approach/introduce as normal?

Funny, I just discovered the value of the arcade date. I love old videogames. Kick the shit out of her in Street Fighter, tease her the whole time, bump into her, mash her buttons, pull her away from the machine mid-round, still win and tease her further. They die laughing. &nbsp Actually I'm planning on moving to Chi this summer. Mind if I ask what thrift place you're talking about?

Wow that Goodwill/roleplay date idea is brilliant and sounds really fun. What girl wouldn't love that and see it as truly unforgettable? Great first impression. Thanks, man. Would you set that up by telling them the idea beforehand, or (I assume) keep it a surprise, ie, "Meet me at Goodwill at 2pm?"

I bounce once I see they're mirroring me well Interesting. To leave them wanting more/build mystery/make yourself look busy (whether you actually are at that time or not)? grocery shopping together and then cooking a meal at my place Is this generally a meal of your choosing (you lead it), or something she suggests, or decided upon mutually? Any fan faves or dishes that worked particularly well? Recipes welcome. some sort of random roleplay date What does this mean?

Aside from the constant 'A-ha' moments the sidebar gave me as every "success" and "failure" I've ever had with a woman was finally made clear, the real 'A-ha' moments came when I was interacting with a woman and felt true, unmistakable desire and lust from her. Finally understanding what she was reacting to and why, being confident with it, and knowing how to work that within her. Biggest challenge is (still) dealing with the embarrassment of my former BP ways as I now understand the weak chump …

For example, cute chick who works at the yoga place I go to. I've seen her out and she's receptive. Any other girl I'd get the number, but I mean- it's the yoga place, so there's lots of babes there. Why would I jeopardize the babes that go there for the one sitting at the front desk watching everything? My question is- do you think this is an appropriate payoff? I'd think not but wanted some outside opinions.

Hm, interesting. I think I could buy something like that. Almost like Oneitis is equivalent to falling for the "Alpha" female in terms of ideal beauty/fitness/childbearing qualities. If Oneitis inherently exists within all of us, as you say, maybe it's a kind of natural population control? If that were the case, we, by practicing abundance mentality, are kind of "hacking" nature.
/r/TheRedPill17/02/17 05:53 AM
1

Right on, thank you. I wonder why this happens biologically... Nature programming men to want to "settle" and raise offspring when humans lived in smaller groups and abundance mentality was not possible? I find oneitis very interesting.

Is Oneitis generally something you get once and never get again after learning from? I am just getting over a crippling textbook case, which helped me find TRP. I've had it before too... But I just don't see how there's any possible way I could make these mistakes again after all the RP teachings/books/Black Phillip/etc... My brain feels fundamentally changed.

When, if ever, can you talk about intellectual stuff? Just bit by bit but never heavy doses? In LTR situations? Or exclusively save it for your guy friends? I suppose every girl/dynamic is different...?

Very wise words, thank you. I've read this comment over several times and will continue to meditate on it. I feel as though your comment is something of a cornerstone of my path. I appreciate it. Thank you- I mean regarding the pedestalization you psychologically have developed for a particular person- will that always come creeping out, should you ever have interactions in the future, even if time has passed and you've grown? Is that what you meant by playing with fire? I've heard conflicting theories on this. Fundamentally, I find it very difficult to believe that I would ever develop oneitis again after this- I somehow feel as though my brain is now incapable of doing so... We'll see.…

We have run into each other a couple times already and I just ignored. Wanted to do something else to re-engage a bit next time I saw her. I know that is ego, as u/SeemedGood said, but I wanted it, at least for myself. I know this means I'm not 100% over her yet. What do you mean by "zero/sum game of she loses/I win?" I see what you mean. I was so beta during our last interaction when she threw me the LJBF that I definitely did want to prove something to her, and to myself. I am not 100% over her, but I am very close. And, beta or not, I felt like I did 'need' to prove something to myself. It was ego, no question. Thank you.

Nah. I see how it could read as try-hard, and would be in a different context, like if I approached her at a bar with that line. But it was very quick and she was scurrying to contain her unleashed dog as a runner was about to pass (she didn't know it was me till I was close), so it was a frantic kind of moment for her. I was totally stoic with a slight smile. It was more like an amused-mastery passing kind of way of saying, "Don't I know you..?" But I didn't stop or even pull out an earbud. I d…

Similarly, I just now ran into my extreme oneitis while on a run. No contact since I declined the LJBF offer over 4 months ago. Found TRP since then and destroyed the Beta, working hard on myself every single day. We've seen each other in public a couple times but basically ignored each other. She was walking her dog as I ran past. I told those butterflies to fuck off, looked her in the eye, and with a slight smile and an abdominal voice said, "Have we met?" It does make sense, thank you. After reading No More Mr Nice Guy I still have a hard time internalizing why I am compelled to do nice things for people. I am incredibly confident, sure of myself, and I like doing "nice" things for people because I like making people feel happy- this makes me feel happy. It really is my pleasure to take the trays to the front if it creates a more convenient experience for the other person, thereby making them happy. I definitely have experienced your latter descr…

Recovering nice guy... I still have trouble differentiating when to be "nice" and when it's appropriate. u/Woujo's blog post above explains that the entirety of a relationship dynamic with a woman is a negotiation, and that the subtleties are extremely important. That makes a lot of sense and I haven't heard it explained like that before. It's really essential stuff...!

if you approach a woman at a bar, or anywhere else, you should be smiling, enthusiastic, and warm, but DO NOT STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING This makes so much sense and never occurred to me. Thank you, great post. Question: Sounds simple but more of a philosophical thing- if you and a girl go to a restaurant and are finished eating and have to bring your trays to the front, would it be seen as Beta to take care of both of your messes? Do you lose value in her head by doing this? Seems Beta and chump-e…

That makes a ton of sense, thanks so much, man. I once read on here someone saying that a guy in my shoes could reapproach and re-establish frame by just "telling those butterflies to fuck off," but it seems a lot deeper than that... While I could see a single first interaction playing out well in my favor, I suspect maintaining that longer-term would be insanely difficult and near impossible due to that dependent attachment you mentioned.
