Does HB status differ if you're an ethnic minority? i.e. asian/hispanic/black women?

everyone has different preferences, but the default is going to be people of the same race. some white guys have an asian fetish, some guys might be into hispanic chicks, but if you ask a group of white guys all those out-group preferences will cancel out and the overall favorite will be white girls.

there is also a general preference for lighter skinned women over darker skin across most races and within each race. indians and asians see lighter skin as more beautiful and have all those skin whitening creams. blacks tend to favor lighter skin over dark skin, etc.

it's also harder to see differences between individuals as clearly in other races. i'm a white guy and from my POV, there is a fairly even distribution of white girls in terms of attractiveness, but it's not like that for other races. like only 1% of indian girls i see are incredibly beautiful, but all the rest are dumpy and fat and nerdy looking. 1% of black girls are super hot, the rest are disgusting.

People tend to perceive what they're most used to as standard and prefer that, but there's some associations you make with successful people too.
I assume your friends were all raised in majorly white environments, and assuming that you're American, they'll probably remain like that for a while, if their preferences ever change.

I'm Brazilian and I spend most of my time here. I could notice my preferences shifting from the very white girls I went to basic and high school with to more tanned girls after I became more engaged with outdoor activities.

Black and indian girls are inherently ugly. Dark skin shows all the flaws. Also black chicks have these giant noses and even bigger lips. Now, I like black chicks and Indian chicks but they need to have an extra something to not get a point or 2 knocked down immediately because of their race traits.
