They're all trying to be the chubby sidekick character in a romcom. Practical, wise, humorous, calls out bullshit, etc. This would be annoying enough but they usually take it too far and just act bitchy.

Had FAMILIES of these types of women in my hometown. They were the size and shape of a county fair prize-winning pumpkin and the worst, most vitriolic personality. At least the attractive, popular girls at our school kept to themselves and had a “don’t mess with me, we won’t mess with you attitude.” The girls that look like the picture are usually the ones that are the bullies, not the Regina Georges. That was my experience anyway. Long story short, it’s an insecurity thing.
