I know that women want a man who can provide for himself but does it stop there? I’ve heard of the term “dating down” that applies to women dating a man who has less money than she does. Is this really how women feel about dating a man who doesn’t have an income as high as they do? Can a man with a modest house and income be able to attract women? I’m not talking about barely scraping. Im talking about a man who has his shit together. Is he still obligated to always pay for dates? That’s something I can’t wrap my head around. I get the whole gentleman thing but if we’re trying to push for equality I think that splitting the bill should be a common practice.
