Ive been dating my bf for 5 months now and so far it’s been going really well and I’m very happy. He’s super sweet and makes an effort to make me feel loved and cared for and he’s one of the most empathetic people I’ve ever met.

Some of the regular milestones of dating, like meeting friends and family haven’t really happened yet because of Covid. Right now tjw rules are no socializing with anyone who is not in your household. We both live at home so technically we are sort of breaking this rule, but I believe there is some leeway for partners.

Right now all indoor dining has closed too, only outdoor , with people in your bubble is allowed. Anyways, he’s met my parents briefly , since I have the basement to myself, we hang out at my house . His family knows about me and is looking forward to meeting me, but obviously things are. Little tough right now . I was thinking it would be nice to bake something for his mom/ sister as a way to show i care and look forward to meeting them.

His sister made my Xmas card (drew my dog ) so it would be a little thank you for that too.

What do you think? Is it too much when I haven’t met them yet ?
