So these are two different questions. For the first question - who cares what's going through this guy's mind. He's a rude jerk, what more do you want to know? Don't waste any mental energy on him. Don't try to get him to be nice to you or give you attention. Be polite but cold when you see him, and talk to the people who actually are nice to you.
Regarding the pickmeisha roommates - Roommates aren't necessarily your friends. I have no idea what being "threatened" by you means, but again - just keep your boundaries, be polite but distant. Don't share relationships with them.
No idea what this new "social circle" of yours is but it sounds a bit toxic. Maybe you should look for some new friends.

Sounds like you’re not welcome in that social circle. Men tend to aggressively ignore women they see no value in. I’d definitely find a new social circle.
