So, it's been two years since me and my, quite honestly average, girlfriend of mine broke up. I'll admit when we met and some time after I was a huge pussy. Unrecognizable from who I am now. I was a frail, long haired, acne ridden teenager with no license, no money, no friends, and definitely NO girlfriend.

We met under very blue pill circumstances: an online chat room for depression.

She was my first serious girlfriend at the time and though I know it's bullshit now, I honestly believed she was the one. We talked about marriage and kids and all that fairytale crap. Long story short, 6 months later she broke up with me when she found someone better. Of course I don't blame her, she wasn't mine, it was just my turn. I had heard of the red pill before than but it wasn't until we broke up that I had finally had enough and started implementing it.

It's been two years, Since then I've started lifting, got my license, a new car, a dog, a girlfriend, a good group of solid friends, a job, and I went back to school. Maybe not huge accomplishments to a lot of people but considering I was in a huge rut, where I was in and out of therapists offices and hospitals for suicide attempts, and literally unable to make any friends, it's a step in the right direction. A virgin all through high school, and now, not to brag but with lifting and a little bit of cockiness I've gotten more ass in these past few years than I ever have before. I have a girlfriend now and honestly even if that goes south I already have girls asking me when I'm gonna be single again. I couldn't imagine this life just a few years ago. In middle school I would worship women and fall in love with any girl that looked in my direction. Disgusting.

I, for the most part, have left my blue pill beta tendencies in the past. I live and look out only for myself. And women love me for it. But... no matter what I try, I find it extremely difficult to get over the girl that broke my heart. I'm no longer who I was when I met her, I would bully my past self honestly.

I've read and read TRP articles after articles, watched videos, And still I can't seem to get over my oneitis. It's not as bad as it was where I would cry over her, it's gotten a lot better, but I can't fight the feeling that I was thrown away like trash by her. She's blocked me on everything because I was a psychotic creep. So we do not talk. I catch myself still to this day thinking of the times we had and the urge to get her back builds up inside me. So I come to you not for sympathy, but for answers. TRP has always steered me in the right direction and I need to know...

How do I get over her? Do I need to beat up her new boyfriend? Sleep with more women? Sleep with her and next her? Which admittedly I never got to do considering it was a long distance relationship. I know, I know. Anyways, thank you for your time. I look forward to reading the replies.
