I know that for a lot of guys the v-card is what holds them back. They sabotage their own chances and avoid clear opportunities because they are scared. "She will know I'm a virgin and laugh at me".

Some of them have even unrealistic expectations of sex. I remember some virgin talking about how he read about some out of body life changing experience during sex.

So in my opinion it is really important to get this out of your system. End this toxic mindset. Hire a hooker or lower your standards to get laid.

You will realise sex is not what you expected and you'll stop put it on a pedestal.

Alright, I'm going to tell you why you are super fucking lucky today.

There's countless other threads of men on their 30s complaining about their sex life. I'm your age buddy and this is what you gotta do:

Karmasutra basically summarises it, but actually, I think he is not being as detailed as you would like.

Alright, so firstly, arrange a lifting schedule, you want to lift around 4/5 times a week with resting days in between so that your body is given time to grow and repair.

You want to start eating healthy as well, I'm sure all you gotta do is add some vegetables to your diet, as well as fruit.

Bananas, eggs, broccoli are foods that increase testosterone. I'm sure you can find more, but essentially changing your diet is a good psychological/fisiological way to jumpstart your lifestyle change.

Cut on chocolate/sugary stuff, not entirely, but just realize that you literally need 0 sugar in your life.

Alright, now make a routine out of life, everyday, wake up, make your bed, take a shower, brush your teeth, eat an alright breakfast, then lunch, then wait a couple hours and lift for an hour.

In terms of finding a hobby, sure you can do that, I think it would be better to begin practicing a skill. Piano or guitar are great choices, but if you don't like instruments, try video/audio editing on the computer or even programming. This is about raising your effective value.

Alright, food, gym, skills, and now future career, if you have the time, apply for a waiter/bartender/grocery shop bagger/ ice cream seller/whatever job, it'll keep you ocuppied, it'll get you money, and it'll help you meet people.

Buy a hair product, like hairgel, cut your hair in a better way, you have to awaken your vanity, your self-idolization.

A few good books to read: Read maybe 5 or 6 chapters of the book "No More Mr.Nice Guy!", to get the general idea, it's mostly common sense.

"48 Laws of power" is VERY VERY good one, as it helps you better understand social/power dynamic.

I once read "How To Make Friends and Influence People", it was very interesting and also made me realize a few things about body language and people psychology.

If you are able to get into at least 2 out of these 3 books (all of which you can get online for free), it's a good sign of a good start.

Lastly, but also something you should be doing straight away as well is reading the sidebar.

However, when reading the sidebar, I'd suggest just the TRP values that explain the psychology of women and the psychology of man. I believe this because it's better to firstly understand your environment, and then adapt to it through your own common sense. Learn Text Game, or at least understand it to see what general guidelines you should follow.

I would say in terms of importance:

Lifting and reading the sidebar are equally super important.
Awakening your inner vanity and engaging in a fulfilling daily routine.
Reading in general, increase your power through knowledge. I HIGHLY SUGGEST "THE GERVAIS PRINCIPLE" to understand how reality in human life works.

Another thing, begin meditating, this is something I've picked up recently, and what it does is it makes you relaxed in social situations, because your perspective changes from out-to-in reactionary perspective from an In-to-Out Actionary perspective (which is super duper hot for girls). Meditating is something you're slowly introduced towards. Start with 5 to 10 minutes at first, to 10-15 minutes to a max of maybe 20 mins a day, and if you wanna go hardcore maybe 30 mins a day but it's unnecessary to feel the benefits.

hmmm what else? Oh yeah, once you've been lifting for while begin cold-approaching everybody. Start conversations with randomers to practice socializing. If you can start conversations with randomers, then you'll be much better at talking with people you know.
