Hey guys, just got my blood work back and it's slightly worrying. I don't have low T, that's below 250 with the healthy range being 250-827. I'm sitting at 411 with the doctor pointing out that it's 'lowish'
Shouldn't I be at my peak now since I'm young and isn't it just downhill from here? Idk if this is from weird sleep, shitty diet, chemicals in the water that make the frogs gay, sedentary job/lifestyle, my briefs being too tight on my balls or a combination of all of the above whatever. I've read and heard that the average T levels have been going down drastically with every generation.
What do TRP? Am I rightfully worried? I don't really want to see myself on some hormonal therapy and would like to fix any problems I have naturally if possible. Anyone knowledgeable about this?
