The goal is to catch her looking at you, not the other way around.

If you know you are being looked at by a woman, glance over, make a smirk or smile like you know you caught her looking at you, and then look away. All should be done quickly. No more than a second or two to do all those steps.

It's only weird if you're weird. Also, girls do more eye contact than you think. Guys naturally don't, they do. I know one girl from college that friend-zoned me(I'm not even sure how that happened tbh but whatever) I still talk with her, whenever we talk her eyes are constantly staring into mine. She's not weird, she's just a people person. Then I started noticing lots of girls do it.

Just be relaxed with it. If it's like 15 seconds straight she's staring back & you just don't feel like looking into her eyes anymore, slowly look up or to the side, never down. No darty eye movements, that's showing nervousness.
