Login with your mobile browser then find it and sub. Side bar has some good links but the sub really isn't that good

You can’t access it via the app since it got quarantined. You have to go to the website.

As long as you’re logged in and subscribed, tap outside the quarantine message box and you’ll go right in.

Edit: looks like they changed it and there’s a continue button now.

The real solution is to use an unofficial reddit app. I use rif, and the quarantine is not an issue. There are many other options too. It's just a better experience. You should look into it.
