So I think I've located the itch I've been having. It's been there itching all the time but I couldn't locate it. Today I believe I found it.
I used to think I have anxiety, but now I realize what it is.
I have a hesitating mindset
I just started reading the Book of Pook and just like magic, there it is written in plain text.
It is Lesson one, I'm not going to post it full length but here is the summary: "Rejection is better than regret" The young man managed to say Hi to a woman on his third try and felt lighter because his heart was not filled with regret.
He managed to adverse inaction to action ~ this is what I need to do. Now change is gradual and I'm looking for some advice from you people on other areas where if you hesitate you lose.
Like aggressive inline skating ~ If you hesitate before you jump unto the rail for a grind, you will hurt yourself. Do it with your balls 100% and you will start grinding.
Thanks to anyone taking time to help me solve this puzzle.
Please give me some more advice on how I can get into the action mindset so it becomes default for me.
