I'm sure some of you uave used the app "whisper". For those unfamiliar, its an anonymous confession app. Where users can share their secrets.

On the app you can check nearby "whispers" I was bored and messing around when I saw a whisper confessing they murdered their ex boyfriend with no regrets or remorse.
