I'm in a position when I am new to what I am doing. With that being said, I am not an expert.

The men have been doing this for years are starting to feel like they can command me to do simple tasks that are not necessarily my job but more or less things that they are just too lazy to do. These guys are kind of rough but I'm wondering- what is the proper type of trp response in this situation?

To clarify, I have no doubts I could beat any of them in a fight. Not saying I feel like it would go there but just mentioning. Can I tell them to fuck off? Do I follow orders?

Please advise.
