I am a junior in college going to graduate (from a good liberal arts school) with a general business degree and no direct path (I interned at a PR firm last summer, have another offer for this summer). Today I talked with my friend whose family has been sailors for generations and whose dad basically lived the life flying jet planes in the navy for a while. I realized that the Navy would two-fold allow me to travel the world, force me to keep up with physical fitness, and force me to keep up discipline, develop brotherhood, and even though the pay sucks I care more about the aforementioned reasons. Long story short I am a beta faggot who realized (very recently) I have control over my own life and I want to spend my younger years LIVING. I can get a desk job whenever I want. Any thoughts from people with military experience? Thank you.

EDIT: As related to girls I am realizing I do not need them in my life as a priority. They can come after my time in the navy. ALSO: I'm not some sort of Navy promoter, looking for actual advice, thank you.
