Have had this couple times now where it seems some girls don't like a hard date and time. It may be too formal and/or put on some perceived pressure for them. Not sure.

I know building up to a hard date and time ask shows confidence and that you lead.

But do you do more casual meetups with a new number, like a day of "hey what you up to tonight" rather than "bleh bleh...does Monday work for you at 8?" I know its probably a case of calibration. Also, the day of could look bad and show you don't have much going on.

Also, even after getting a number, maybe girls need a little more banter in text before an ask. Even though the followed rule is to only text for logistics, it might come off as too thirsty when you go straight for the meetup?

This is usually from approaches, not dating apps. Of course she's not that into you is a likely possibility. But I don't think it's the case with what I've had recently.
