Possible hypothyroidism. Get your t3 and t4 checked. Most doctors will want to check your TSH which isn't as accurate. If you need medication I suggest Armour thyroid instead of synthroid or the other synthetic thyroid hormones because people with thyroid issues tend to do better on Armour. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Hmm I get the same thing tbh dude.

I'm fairly lean / slender though so that doesn't help.

All my thyroid results were fine last time I checked except reverse T3 which was high.

Make sure you're getting enough sleep. That's a huge reason for it based on personal experience.

In cold weather, I can be in a shirt and a t-shirt and feel fine.

But regardless of the temperature, my hands and feet are usually cold. Even in summer time I think. It's weird.

Your nervous system may be stuck in sympathetic mode.

Could also by thyroid.

Go see a functional medicine dr...this shit isn't as simple as just taking iodine supplements.

Im always warm since i started working out 1.5 years ago. I think it's because the body is constantly working to build mass. That, and i eat like theres no tomorrow for the gains, which also helps keep your temperature up.
