So me and my LTR have had a pretty solid relationship for 5 months. Never had an argument nor many negative things. Today was almost the first time we had a fight (it wasn't really a fight but we both just kinda left).

Last night, she called saying she wanted to hang out tomorrow. I had this little date planned out to reward her recent good behavior, but she called in the morning saying she couldn't make it because her period started and she felt like shit. I just said that was fine and went about my day.

Around lunch, she sent a mass snap of her hanging with some of her friends (2 girls and a guy). I knew she had plans with her friends and that she planned to flake on them for the date I had planned. I thought it was weird that she felt too shitty to go on a date with me but could hang out with her friends just fine.

I went about my day and got shit done, but she texted me asking if I wanted to grab dinner. I didn't have any plans so I joined her. This is where I think I fucked up. I am a pretty emotional person, but I just hide it well. During the date, I relentlessly teased her I think mostly out of annoyance/jealousy/insecurity. It was light and joking first, but it got really mean-spirited and vindictive.

I knew I was getting out of hand so I got up to say goodbye and leave, but she insisted I stayed. I continued being pretty rude to her, and she finally asked if we could go.

Outside as we were walking to eachother's cars, I realized what a dick I had been and asked if she wanted to hang out for a second so I could comfort her. She said no, and I blankly said "Okay" and left.

I am pretty sure I was in the wrong here, although I was annoyed she hung out with her friends while flaking on me. Should I text her or just leave her alone till she responds? Sorry for the long story, just had to vent it out/needed advice.
