Hi,

I have been lifting weights for 3 months now. I started eating more and adding protein shakes and creatine at the start. I made rapid progress but feel like I might have stalled or being overtraining. Specifically, I am seeing little change recently in bicep related exercises.

My split is

day 1: chest, shoulders, triceps; day 2: legs; day 3: back, biceps, forearms; day 4: rest; day 1: etc

I do a bit of abs and lower back (extension) every training day.

I increased my weights for day 3 two weeks ago, and the exercises are not getting easier, maybe harder. I could do less bicep curls last day in the gym.

I am 6' and 180 lbs and 39 years old.

On that day I do: (setsXrepsXweight)

2x8X60 lbs bent dumbbell rows; 3X8X125 lbs lat pull down (cable machine); 3x8x125 lbs seated row (both arms at once, machine); 2x8x35 lbs dumbbell concentration curl; 2x8x80 lbs barbell preacher curl; 3x8x35 lbs forearm curl; 3x10x55 lbs dumbbell double shrug (55 in each hand); 2x8x5 hammer grip body weight pull ups

On my other days, I am seeing progress.

Just typing that out, it seems like too much.

Would you advise moving some exercises around, decreasing weight for a bit, something else?

Thanks
