I was in a similar situation 2 years ago, completely turned my life around. To quit addictions, best advice I can recommend is to replace by sports (not reading). And the best sport you can do is lifting. Your goal weight is quite decent. In less than 2 years I went from 155lbs 15% bodyfat to 170lbs 10% bodyfat (6"). Make it your #1 priority, never miss a workout, and eat well (buy whey protein, cheap and effective). Quitting weed is dificult, best is to do some cardio twice a week for the first…

Use FFMI, fat free mass index. It takes into account your bodyfat %. Also, mirrors work nicely

There was some good advice already, I will add something: Once you get lower than 15%, you need to add refeeds where you eat around maintenance and increase carbs (especially if you do keto or very low carbs). Reduce fat and protein intake when you refeed. Refeeds should be done about every 10 days at 15% and every 3-4 days at 10%. Other than that, since you have little muscle to lose, I'd go with an aggressive deficit, maybe 700-800 vs the 500 standard deficit, may help speed up things since yo…

Do you lift and/or do sports? If so, could be overtraining. You also need to eat enough calories for your needs, at least 2200-2500 if little sports, >3000 per day if sports. Many people don't realize how much you need to eat as a male. Get enough vitamin D and fats for T production, and enough sleep. Could be too much drug but doesn't sound like you do them. Not talking hard drugs, even alcohol or weed can have this effect. You may benefit from taking some rest, maybe just going somewhere else …

Your maintenance may have change, which you can easily check if you are still losing 2 kgs per months. What's your bodyfat % now? Do you lift, do you want to keep cutting or start bulking? 20 kgs and a year long cut is a great achievement. You need to increase calories or refeed to quick your metabolism back, maybe a couple weeks at maintenance with one day a week with at a surplus (a reasonable cheat day, like +500 calories). Then restart the cut, or start bulking.

Good post. I can confirm the importance of refeeds, especially when you get closer to 10% bodyfat. At that point it becomes necessary to refeed at least once a week, probably more. I found that cutting without carbs (keto) and low carbs both work well.

I may have not explained myself well, I meant get enough fats so your hormones are doing well, and it will also be your main source of energy for your body (along with your own bodyfat that you will burn). Ketosis has nothing to do with fat intake, I don't see what you mean. Keto is a good way to cut I agree, I totally recommend. OP is 270 lbs probably has little muscle to lose anyway, the most important is to drop the fat. An aggressive keto cut is the best way

rayyal is right, take martial arts + start lifting and eat well. It will do wonders for your social anxiety, your confidence will improve a lot. Boxing/kickboxing/thai or judo/bjj/wrestling are all good, with added squats / bench press etc... Go for it man, be fucking consistent and you will see massive results over time.

With your stats, I'd cut for about 1 month at -500 calories. You can drop 4 lbs, let's say a couple percent bodyfat so you'll be 13-14%. Because you are a beginner, you will still progress on your lifts, learn form etc... Then, start bulking by increasing the calories slowly for about 10 days until you are at +500 calories. This is when you will start really pack on some muscle make good progress. Reasoning is that if you start bulking at 15%, how fat will you be in the end? 20%? This would requ…

Stop fapping like a monkey, once a week maximum. Eat lots of fats Lift heavy: squats etc... optional: supplement zinc, vitamin D (5000 UI/day) I garantee if you do this your voice will profoundly change; it is correlated to testosterone. Voice exercice can also help

vandaalen comment is good advice, but I wouldn't go full paleo at 17. You need lots of food to grow, and cutting good carb sources such as rice is not the best idea. Stop eating shit junk food, drinking sodas and also cut sugar completely. Get enough good fats (raises testosterone) such as butter, olive oil, cashews, peanut butter, count your macros and calories. Learn to cook, it's quite easy, start with chicken-rice-curry Do your squats 3 times a week (SL5x5), add some hypertrophy work (I like…

I've spent many years going to the gym Frankly, it gets pretty boring and repetitive My progress is measured by ability, not by a number of sets x reps x weight You are hamstering your lack of progress in the gym. Consistency and training/nutrition are probably an issue. Bodyweight exercices are fun and can definitely be effective. Do them, but after you have done the main work that is squats/deads/bench/rows.

Chicken + Broccoli is perfect Eat only lean meats and fish + green vegetables. Quickest and best way to drop weight in your situation. Be sure to get enough salt (because you'll be in keto) and a minimum amount of fats for testosterone production.

3-4 hours a week, lets say for 70 weeks, so 200-300 hours. Twenty days of 10 hours... First month is the hardest, most people quit. Then you get used to it, your body needs it, easy it becomes. Many people spend 10 times more time every week in front of the TV or computer.

Reason number 1 is muscle, barbell training will get you much further much quicker than bodyweight exercices. Mental part of lifting heavy shit is non negligible. I spend my teens wasting my times with bodyweight exercices + not eating enough. Now that I fixed my diet and started squating + deadlifting + rowing my frame has changed dramatically, and I'm late 20s. It's even easier to build muscle before 25... Don't waste time OP, go lift in a gym and get big and strong. Best investment for myself…

You simply have low smv. Go hit the gym, get ripped. Fatties will stop mirin because they will know you are out of their league, and you'll be able to have fun with prettier girls. There is no way around my friend

Lift. Get big and then drop the fat to get low bodyfat (10% starts to be good). Your face will also look much much better. You'll have abs, big arms, veins. If you are not yet ripped then stop overthinking it and just go lift. It takes 1 year to look decent, 2 years to look good and 3 to look great.

Ty for the link. Funny, the contrary happened to me: once I increased my T levels a lot (with every possible trick and a complete lifestyle change, I had very low T), my hair started falling A LOT all of a sudden, whereas before I had a full head of hair. Now that I'm on fin it's better.

Keep doing SL, just do like that (for squats for example): 160 5x5 160 5x6 170 5x5 170 5x6 Exact number of sets/reps is not that important. Volume (sets x reps x weight) is.

The body compensates for low T by overproducing DHT leading to hairloss. You will need to expand on this. DHT is created from T, through enzymes that are inhibited by finasteride. Everybody reacts differently. I'm on fin for about 1 year, no sides, less hair falling. And definitely not low T.

I was in a similar state 2 years ago. Listen to me OP: you know very little about diet / training right now. That's ok though, we all start at this point. My advice is that you first go to tdeecalculator.net to estimate your caloric needs. After that, count your calories and macros (proteins/carbs/fats) for some time, so you get an idea of what you actually eat and what your body needs. Then, learn about proper training and start lifting weights as soon as possible. I recommend ICF program (ice …

What I did: heavy bulk starting at 14-15% resulted in good gains, good strength, I became bigger than ever. I was also fat (18% is fat), felt heavy, lost my abs, shitty jawline, and more importantly I HAD TO CUT FOR 3 months. Awful, and lost lot of strength in the process. What I do now: Just finishing my cut, around 10% bodyfat, looking ripped. Will start bulking slow (~300 cals), so when I cut it will only be for a few weeks, because it sucks. Personal preference though. You are 5'11, quite ta…

Weed absolutely killed my sex drive. Took a long time to recover (I'm talking months). It doesn't kill desire though, but it impacts your hormones. Your mind want to fap but the dick and the body doesn't follow. In combination with porn / lack of exercice / highish bodyfat / no sex / probably shitty diet... no wonder your libido sucks. Solution: stop weed and porn, eat well (especially, eat enough saturated fats), lift weights, supplement vitamin D and zinc. Approach real girls. Easy

500 cals a day is not gonna work my friend. Your body is in starvation mode which means absolutely no energy (you can't even lift), shit hormones (you lose muscle + have low T) and the best of all: stubborn fat. Back to the basics of cutting: at your weight an aggressive cut would be around 600-700 cals max (depending on your bodyfat, once you get closer to 10% reduce to 300-400 per day max) Do refeeds. Which means eating about maintenance and adding carbs to refill your muscle glycogen. It will…

No don't mess around with burpees, keep doing you dips pushups and abs at the very least. I_crepe_Bitches is absolutely right, 135 lbs you need to start training for real. Bench press, squats, deadlifts, lots of pullups and rows, front squats for abs. Dips / pushups / abs that you do now should be your accessories, that you do after the heavy lifting.

As a beginner you are too weak to move weight heavy enough to injure you, just go for it and you will learn form along the way. If you are not stupid about the weight you try to lift you won't hurt yourself. Tendinitis and joint pain are more common, be sure to drink a lot of water. Benching : scapula = retracted. Arch your back, feet on the ground. The more your elbows are wide the more your shoulder can hurt. Add rotator cuff exercices to relieve shoulder once you reach bigger weights.

12% now. Did strict keto for my previous cut which lasted 3 months (taking my 30 grams of carbs before workout = TKD). Good but boring because limited food choice. Now I'm cutting with low carb but not strict keto. Works well too. Be sure to eat lots of proteins and be at a deficit. At 21% I'd start with 800+ deficit (easily manageable because you are quite fat), then slowly reduce the deficit to 500 per day once you get closer to 10%. It will reduce the time of the cut. One pound of fat is 3500…

If you do lots of sports you will be better with carbs, even on a cut. Depending on your sport/bodyweight/bodyfat%, you can eat quite a lot and still be at a deficit. Best is moderate carbs (pasta is good) around your workout. If you train in the morning get carbs dinner the day before and a little bit after training; if you train in the afternoon eat your carbs at lunch and dinner that day. Rest days go low carbs high proteins. Search Tnation website, it has good info on carbs and training.

Keto means eating less than 30-50g of carbs per day. Makes your body use fats instead of carbs as its main source of energy, all the time. Works well for fat loss indeed, but simply doing low carb is good too. Main variations of the keto diet are the TKD diet (targeted keto diet) where you eat your carbs before working out, helps for lifting weights; other variation is CKD (cyclical keto diet) where about 1 day per week you eat lots of carbs and little fat (to refill glycogen, helps hormones etc…

Agreed, working out and especially cardio are not needed. It's all diet: eat less calories than you need to. Wether you prefer aggressive (>600 cals) or moderate (300-500 cals) deficit is up to you, but no way around it. Caffeine and water are your friends. High proteins and low carbs (keto or not) work well. Do a one day refeed every 7-10 days where you simply add some carbs to refill your glycogen and to help hormones (80-150g rice is good). Last days of cutting for me, 12% bodyfat right now s…

Stopping addictions is difficult. You will fail, that's normal, don't be too harsh with your self, and quit them again as soon as you can. Best way is to take new habits. I forced my brother, early 20s AFC who never did any sport, to start lifting. In 6 months it notably improved his facial aesthetics, he has a bigger jaw now. This could be caused by T but maybe also growth hormone (be sure to squat). I'm mid-late 20s and similar thing happened to me since I have started lifting, maybe less spectacular than him. Also, get low bodyfat (close to 10%) for better looking face and jawline.

You've been abusing food for years. You need to pay the price aka do a long cut (about 1 year). The lifting lifestyle is actually good for people who like eating: you need lots of calories and in a bulk you HAVE TO eat more than you need. Except you gain muscle instead of fat, because you lift. Keto works for me. 1800-2000 calories for your weight is good. Cut a bit harder at the beginning, and reduce the deficit once you get close to 10%. Drink lots of water. Lots of coffee (suppress apetite). Big salads, lots of broccoli/vegetables. Lots of protein, it reduces apetite and limits muscle loss. Refeed from time to time (a few days every 3-6 weeks). When hungry, do abs/pushups it will pass. Cardio is not necessary

I do sets of 12 x (15 second sprint(80%), 15 seconds rest). That's 6 minutes and if you do this with enough intensity you will want to die at the end of it. 1-3 sets is a good number. But even though it will increase the calories you burn (by a few hundred calories), to get shredded it all depends on what you eat, the amount of calories in particular. A typical cut is -500 calories compared to your needs. If you run (HIIT), you consume more so you can eat more and still be at -500 per day

Depends. Typical bulk at +500 calories a day means +4 lbs per month. A beginner may gain 2 to 3 lbs of muscle with the remaining being fat. Intermediates would gain 1 to 2 lbs of muscle. Rough percentage would be about 1% bodyfat per month.

Much much easier to do it separately, because the anabolic (muscle and fat gain) and catabolic (muscle and fat loss) are opposite states in the body, meaning that when one is activated the other is suppressed. Trying to do both is very inefficient. If you are fat (or even not very lean, > 15% bodyfat) cut to 10-15% bodyfat, then start bulking. If you are lean you can start bulking now.

You got it right, game is the most important while height and face matter also. Being jacked gives you access to prettier girls though, and you can get laid based just on that in some cases. I think there was a long discussion about it on rationalemale blog recently (https://therationalmale.com/2016/05/15/tribes/#comments), gotta dig in the comments but it was interesting.

Hi, french here Better than canada regarding feminist ideas but a lot of girls still identify as feminists. Not really a problem though, people are not crazy about it, most don't care. Other than that, good food, pretty and thin girls (getting fatter though). Rent is not very expensive except in Paris (twice the price vs other big cities... everything is more expensive in Paris). Weather is worse than italy, particularly above Lyon (south is warm most of the time).

I am 6'0" and 165 pounds Not that bad man Start lifting now and cut for 3-5 months. At -500 calories you can lose 4 lbs a month, your boobs and stomach will melt. Then start bulking. In one year you will have a good body, in 2 years a great one. Noob gains are great it's easy to pack on muscle when you are beginner. The beginning is the hardest, it gets easier. Don't do everything at one, go monk mode first: sleep well, eat healthy, go to the gym 3-4 times a week, that's all you should focus on …

No this is a cutting diet for me, very low carbs (keto diet). Works well for losing fat but not the best for intense lifting and muscle gains. Carbs and insulin help a lot for bulking; you have less energy on low carbs, so the best is to eat 20-30 grams of carbs before the workout on a cut. For bulking I eat 200-300 grams of carbs per day so I add rice, fruits etc...

But don't go ape-shit with supplemental exercises. They should complement the training, not detract from it. (source) Don't think too much about it and do what u/AlwaysWiping said: take a weight you can do 4x10 (or whatever numbers you do) and slowly increase the weight. Just don't flirt with failure too much on accessories, that's for the main lifts.

Few ideas for you that can give you a good base. I recommend counting your calories and macros (proteins/carbs/lipids) for a few weeks so you understand better what you eat. (estimate your caloric needs here + macro diet calculations https://tdeecalculator.net/, this website has good information on nutrition: http://rippedbody.jp/). Also, start lifting weights (take a good beginner program like stronglift or ice cream fitness). Chicken + rice. Add spices to vary the taste: curry, ras-el-hanout e…

You could try something like "Well, I've been in that type of situation myself. Experience showed me that my instinct/intuition was always right in that situation. She wants to give me another chance WTF is this. You should have abundance mentality even in an LTR. If you want to keep the LTR going, add in a bit more comfort for some time, but remember that women are perfectly OK with sharing an alpha or a cheating alpha husband. So when I say comfort I mean what's important to girls is emotionnal commitment (fidelity is very important for guys but not so much for women). If you want to keep her, your frame should be something like "it's ok it was not impor…

You are almost there Personnaly 10-12% is great, 12-14% is still good, above 15% it becomes meh and at 17-18% my face looks fat (never been above). Abs have some definition at 15% but look much better at 10-12%. With losing a few more pounds you will see massive improvement in a relatively short time, keep cutting.

At 20% bodyfat you should cut, so eat less calories than you need (-500 Calories per day is a good number). You could do cardio, but it's not necessary: it makes you burn more calories so you can eat more and still be at -500 calories, but it can also make you more hungry... And during a cut you have less energy, better to spend it on lifting IMO to keep muscle mass. But you can add some cardio if you want, the most important is to be at a caloric deficit.

Sounds like you don't get enough proteins. You should get at least 150 grams per day. Milk has 4.5g/100mL, meat 20-25g per 100g... Try eating 3600. If it's not enough, go for 4000. It's not rocket science.

When you will increase the calories OP you will get stronger very quickly. You were basically doing a cut for the last months so strength gains were much more difficult... At 210 lbs your squat will break 3 plates very easily. 1.5 years of lifting I have a 310 lbs squat at 170 lbs bodyweight (and I've been cutting for maybe 4-5 months during this time...). Just eat at a surplus and squat ~100 reps a week.

Seriously man... YOU DON'T EAT ENOUGH, period. I had exactly the same stats as you when I started. 6 months later I was 79 kgs 17%. If you don't gain weight it means you don't eat enough, that's the only possible reason. How many calories do you eat and what are your macros?

more sustainable results. This means nothing. Cardio limit gains, that is true. You can still do low intensity cardio (like walking) or high intensity for a short duration (sprints, HIIT), but doing long cardio workouts is not a good idea.

Smoking suppress apetite so that doesn't help It seems that no matter what I eat, I just shit it out No this is not true, you are simply not eating enough. It seems that what happens in the US is happening here with some delay, like a few years or decades. what she's really doing is trying to lower the standard to which we, are judged Thing is, nature is nature, and while in the US because so many girls are fat the standard may actually decrease, here it's not the case yet. But it's coming. I just checked wikipedia for statistics : in the last 15 years, the number of obese people has doubled. Young and older women are the most affe…

I live in Europe, in a country where very few people were overweight or obese. But in the last decade, I notice more and more girls getting fat. Some would look very good with 5-10 kgs less, but they are not doable anymore. This is a waste, really.

If you are younger than 50, not overweight and not binging alcohol several times a week, gout is not an issue. You can eat as much as you want trust me. Banana = carbs, milk is a bit of carbs and a bit of proteins. Listen, you need to count your macros and calories, that's all. Do your research and be serious about it if you want good results. Go on https://tdeecalculator.net/ to estimate your caloric needs, select the bulking option and it will tell you how much of proteins/carbs/fats you shoul…

No problem Well, natural is hard to define. Whey is a cheap source of proteins, which comes from milk. If you can pay for it, you can eat any other source of protein instead (meat, fish etc...) but again, whey is really convenient PWO. Post workout meal should be proteins + fast carbs for optimal muscle gains (no fats or fiber/vegetables that would slow down digestion). You can check tnation website for meal ideas and planning.

As others said, healthy fats are key: eggs (very good), nuts, avocados. Saturated fats could also increase T (eat butter). Supplementing vitamin D will increase your T levels also (take 5000 UI per day, it's cheap on amazon). And of course, lift heavy and don't fap and watch porn every day.

I'd eat more proteins and more frequently. Your breakfast, snack and post-workout meals almost don't have proteins... The day you eat 2 eggs at dinner is definitely too low proteins (2 eggs are 10-12g proteins, 200g meat is 40-45g). I'd estimate you eat about 100-120g proteins, you should aim for above 150g. Few suggestions: eggs are great for breakfast: good source of proteins, easy to do and you won't be hungry before lunch time. No whey protein? Goes very well with yogurt for your post-workou…

Great post OP. There is a good guide on bodybuilding.com forums also. Started losing my hairline when turning 25, quite aggressively. I'm currently on finasteride + minox and hope it will give me 5 or 15 extra years with my hair. I lost some dick sensitivity the first couple months but it came back after (time for the body to adjust to the new hormone profile). Libido is good now, and I lose much less hair and even start to get some regrowth.

Ok, here's a plan for you. You are 16 so it's perfect time to lose fat and start lifting to gain muscle mass. Start a beginner lifting program like Stronglift (http://stronglifts.com/), it's a fullbody workout 3 times a week. Do it no matter what, it's your number 1 priority for the next couple years. (it's only a few hours per week...) You also need to lose fat. It's all about diet. You must eat less calories that your body use. You can calculate your calorie consumption on this website : https…

I have also seriously considered a surgery for buccal-fat removal Seriously man, don't even think about it. Your face will melt if you get to low bodyfat (~ 10%), which is not the case right now. I’m eating supposedly very healthy almost fully vegan Well, bodybuilding and not eating meat, is that really healthy? Anyway, if you want to keep eating vegan, at least eat more eggs. You need quality proteins, 110g is not enough especially without meat, aim for 140, at least. SL is not enough volume fo…

If you are fat and skinny, the best is to cut the fat first AND start lifting (starting strength 3 times a week is good for a beginner). If you start bulking now, you'll get fatter and then you will have to cut for a loooong time, and you will lose your new muscle mass in the process. So eat -300 to -500 calories per day compared to your needs, as a beginner you will still improve your lifts. Once you are ~12 % body fat, you can start eating more.

I experienced exactly the same. Started a year ago, now fap on average once a month (if no sex), porn very rarely. Social anxiety is gone indeed, that's amazing. Other benefits: lower/stronger voice, I lift more, need less sleep and wake up more easily.

It's actually very low for a 22 years old. What's your diet like and how often do you fap? You do your squats and deadlifts? EDIT : just saw your post on diet and stuff, your diet is a BIG problem. Starting strength and stronglift are very popular on reddit and both are based on sets of 5 reps. It's a good number for strength, and the progression is very simple for beginners (add 5 lbs every session). I didn't really like 5x5 though, for bench the last sets were hard to complete because fatigue, and for squats 5 sets is too many when you push yourself lifting heavy. Plus it's boring, long and not enough volume IMO, especially 3x5 (I mean, 45 reps per week...) If I were a beginner again squ…

Count your calories (many recommend myfitnesspal, I'd rather count myself but give it a try). Estimate your caloric requirements here : https://tdeecalculator.net/ . Drop to 2200 and see what happens, if it doesn't work drop it more, I garantee at some point you will start to melt. I saw your macros and type of food it's actually great, but still too much calories I think. You did a great job losing 42 kgs, push it a bit more and drop to 15% bodyfat in the next months. And then, enjoy the bulk phase.

Do a proper keto cut @ about -500 Calories per day, that's -2 kgs per month. Take your 20-30 grams of carbs before the workout to have more energy for lifting (TKD: targeted keto diet), no carbs the rest of the day.

Keto diets are good for a cut. I had good success with TKD diet (targeted keto diet), where you take carbs before your workout to have enough energy for lifting, around 30 grams, and no carbs the rest of the day. -500 calories per day is 4 lbs per month, at 230 lbs you can probably eat even less the first weeks. If you are still on a caloric deficit, this lowers T. Get to low bodyfat (10-12%), then increase caloric intake and stay in the 10-15% range for better T levels (what percentage are you currently?) I haven' t been counting the calories. That's not how a proper cut works. Count your calories, and eat -500 per day, that's the minimum you should do. Eat high protein and low carbs, the latter preferably around your workout. Very low carb on rest days. Proteins limits hunger and muscle loss, so eat a lot of it. Lots of green vegetables. To cope with hunger, drink lots of water. Caffeine is good too.

I disagree, you are doing the right thing OP. 170cm 75kg no muscle is chubby indeed, so cut that fat first at 500 cals deficit. Keep lifting, you will progress on your lifts anyway because you're a beginner, and you will learn how to have proper form. Then in 2-3 months you will have lost 4-6 kgs, have much better bodyfat % and will be fed up of cutting: it will be time for a nice bulk while keep adding weights to the bar. That's the best way to do it.

I agree. Some guys just don't know what the limit is, you have to show them. OP needs to wait for when the guy crosses the line, so it doesn't backfire socially. "he's such an idiot" would definitely do it. Don't let anyone walk over you. "Look. Do you have a fucking problem?" This could be enough. Don't verbalize that you would use violence if needed, but let your body langage make it clear (laser eye contact etc...).

If you don't want to go into keto, you still want to control your carb intake it will help. The best for you for cutting could be something like this: Training days: 100-150g carbs around your workout. This would prevent glycogen depletion and give you more energy for weightlifting and cardio (training >30min without carbs sucks). Low fat and moderate/high proteins. Rest days: low carbs 50-100g per day (above the keto limit), high fats, high proteins. At a 500 Calories deficit per day, you will …

Yes, bodyfat level is the one thing that has a huge impact on your face. 20% is still too high. Depends on each person, to me the cutoff is 15% bodyfat, above I lose my jawline. Currently 11% and looking great. No secret here, you need to cut the fat.

Normal levels for an adult should be in the 300-1200 ng/dL range. 300 is very low though, you want to be at the higher end of the range, even being 45 year-old. You need a +200-300 daily calorie surplus, at least... That means at least 3000 calories per for you (https://tdeecalculator.net/) Lack of progress is not overtraining. When you overtrain, you get very low energy levels, brain fog, no appetite, anxiety (because high level of cortisols), and impaired sleep (being tired but cannot fall asleep, wak…

Of course it is a good strategy. A healthy lifestyle is the key. That's why lifting is very important, as well as eating well (don't cut fats in your diet, at least 20% of your calories) Not fapping too frequently actually works too, and as you said porn is bad. Supplementing zinc/vitamin D helps also.

No, two reasons to use them : Cheap protein source Easier to digest, useful if you bulk hard and have trouble reaching your calorie goals. If you can pay for the diet you described, no need for them.

If you are willing to take the risk, there is the finasteride + minoxidil combo that works. Can reduce libido though... Full guide, if you want to look into it : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158889153

True, don't eat too many fruits while dieting. For salads you don't need much (no cooking) : canned tuna, canned vegetables, oil/salt/pepper/vinager and you are good to go. No excuses, you'll find a way

My school diet consist of pizza everyday. And I think I need to cut it out. I eat it anyway because I don't wanna starve myself but I always make sure I eat at least Apple everyday. I'm ting but it's really not working. You "think" to cut it out ? You have to stop this my friend, your diet is awful, absolutely awful. Good advice here, you need to spend some time learning how to feed yourself properly. Count your calories for 2 week so you get used to it and know how much you need (TDEE) vs how m…

You need to calm down, honestly that's not a big deal. A big part of the population has it (some don't have symptoms). Usually the "outbreaks" happen more frequently the first year, then are less and less frequent. You hadn't had any in 4 months, which means that -you don't have a very virulent type of virus AND/OR - your immune system does a good job at keeping the virus still. What will happen is that sometimes, when you are tired and or stressed, you might get symptoms, which means no sex for…

INFPs way to alpha is not the easiest, as you said most are quite beta. But there are some advantages too, you can connect easily with girls. Be careful not to fall into the best friend category though. INFPs would benefit a lot from increase testosterone, in particular for assertiveness. Lift heavy, eat more fats, supplement vitamin D, fap less, all this is even more so important for this type of guys. You are only 19 you will change a lot, MBTI is a fun tool but that's all.
