Yeah, you're low in my opinion. If you go to a doctor, they'll say "we treat the patient, not the number."

I tested at 230 and they gave me the same bull shit. Your test will drop by 1-5% every year, so if you're at 313, by the time you're 30, you'll be in the super low range.

If you want to feel what its like having high test, jump on some gear.

Eggs and red meat daily so you get atleast 1g per 1kg of bodyweight from just this source (second half of protein intake from whatever)
Vitamin D3 (5000UI a day until you levels get to 50-100), fish oil (or 200g of fatty fish three times a week) magnesium, zinc, b vitamin complex. All that non negotiable unless you do blood work and have optimal levels (google them up)
Minimise stress (or meditate morning and evening daily if you cant cut off stresors)
Atleast 7h of sleep
Lift heavy atleast 3x a week
No excessive cardio (running, biking, rowing, hard hikes), no more than 30min a day
Take care of whatever medical trouble you have. For example perfect teeth care counts too. Inflamattion is T killer.

Above got me from 250 to 800+ in four months. If it wont help in six months you have some medical trouble or getting some stressors you havent found out (chemical exposure, whatever...).

First of all, what is the measurement - ng/dl? This is a low range in and of itself because normal ranges, in modern medical nomenclature, are calculated based on an average of recent population-wide test averages (low test chumps).

In your early 20s, "normal" is 800+ and anything <600 likely means you have a shitty lifestyle or health problems.

It's actually very low for a 22 years old.

What's your diet like and how often do you fap? You do your squats and deadlifts?

EDIT : just saw your post on diet and stuff, your diet is a BIG problem. Not getting enough calories is awful for T levels. Plus you are only 135 lbs...

Eat more, and eat more fats : butter, olive oil, white cream, eggs, everyday. And supplement vitamin D, it's cheap on amazon: 5000 UI per day (it increases T levels).

Also don't orgasm everyday that's too much, keep the sex but stop fapping, you'll feel better. And lift heavy also, obviously.

Hey, I am the author of the varicocele natural treatment guide, you can get it on Amazon. For improving your testosterone levels, there is a lot to be said about learning proper testicular care. That means more varicocele swelling. Varicocele is pooled blood. Pooled blood is toxic and damages the testicles. So, stay away from pants with tight waists!

Range of 348-1197 is usually considered normal for a lean man up to age 40. I'm in my 30's and around 600 which is right in the middle of normal for my age.

At 22 and below 408 you're in the bottom 5% of all men. Your mean total testosterone should be around 692 ng/dL. You could simply be overtraining and wearing your body down.

Consider when the measurement is being taken, for men by 4pm its 20-25% lower than 8 am so you're supposed to take it in the morning. Time of year also matters (spring fling?...). Believe it or not basal hormone levels seem to have an circannual acrophase (hormone levels are peaking in the year). In Men sex hormones are always being produced but also during the year are slightly higher than other times. FSL hormones peak around February and LH hormones in March (your balls are basically making more sperm then). In 1987 the average 45 year old man was around 540 ng/dL.

In 1995 the average 45 year old man was around 480 ng/dL.

In 2002 the average 45 year old man was around 450 ng/dL.

You can thank all the plastics, estrogen compounds, etc. making its way into our food and water supply. Like others have said get on "gear" with your doctor and improve your number. You'll also probably eat and sleep better with a normalized number from what I hear.

313 is outside of a standard deviation for testosterone. Look up the studies on your own, use google scholar. You need the original numbers and study.

As you are outside of a standard deviation (2 for your score IIRC) your score meets the criteria for hypogonadism. You meet the threshold for treatment.

The problem is you are 22, it is a bitch to get treated. if you have $$ you can go outside of insurance, it will pay dividends though! A "mens health clinic" can hook you up with weekly 200mg injections, LT injections and anti-E drugs, expect around $6k per year for that level of treatment.

With insurance you'll need to find a Dr who will talk to you, if you got tested, that is step one.

I have a stage 3 vericocele and I'm almost 100% that I have low testosterone which is causing my weak erections and possibly my anxiety somewhat.

I did some research and there are studies saying that T levels increase in patients of vericocele surgery 95% of the time, usually significantly such as 100+.

I was about to get the surgery, but the only thing is there are also people I have talked to that are saying vericocele surgery is risky and can lead to complications, which is why they suggested looking for natural remedies. So I'm going to look into that and if that doesn't work, I might try out the surgery bc this shit sucks.
