Eventually, with the help of a red pilled friend of mine, I started no fap, trying to take control of my life and learning of red pill. At a point, when I had gathered a decent streak, I started to think more clearly and feel disrespected in things I didn’t think twice of. She had been handing around her ex excessively and even brought her out when I was simping taking her and siblings out. I started journaling about the relationship after some time and with time I developed that red pill rage because as I journaled and referenced red pill knowledge it all started to make sense.

Earlier this year about March. She skipped out on a meet up and I lost it. Straight up said she don’t respect me and opted to remove her from all my media and contacts. I chose to do this because I was heavily attached at this point and my emotions were deeply embedded.

A couple of months have passed now and I’ve regained my confidence and understand that I’ve always been a catch, 2-3 years back I was chased by her friends and older females the level of attraction was crazy from here without me trying.

I’m not particularly at that same place but I know I can and will build myself more and more. But I have this desire to still go build attraction again. In a way after accepting female nature and some more concepts. I feel like i messed up the relationship with my weak behaviour and oneitis thinking.
