The past year: I deleted all social media and have spent much less time online/playing video games. I want all my interactions to be face to face or physical. The reason I think this is not fucking working is because...it isn't.

Every girl I have interacted with in the past year: "You need to get snapchat/instagram/twitter lol". So I finally download snapchat and I'm getting nudes every day. Now i'm questioning me decisions to unplug from social media.

I used to be a basement dweller so I stopped playing video games. I believe games like fortnite bring the alpha mentality out in me...say what the fuck you want but has anyone else felt this way? video games are actually great if you play them with the intention to fucking win and beat the opponent every time.

Question: How do you balance technology/social media/video games with your alpha as fuck life?
