An assistant manager has been creating a hostile work environment. I work at a bar, so it's not a job I take super serious, I am on my way to put in my 2 weeks notice, they may just tell me to go home. Any advice?

Don't worry. In cases like these if its a formal bar tending job with contract and all the laws on your side of the fence involving being sent home for no reason or her/him being out of order.

This is what you must do no matter what. Write a formal letter of your 2 week notice. Write down all the dates you worked. If you cant remember just state the date of your contract being terminated and the dates within the two weeks you will be working until then. If they pull anything your contracted to two weeks notice and at that point go full on them and demand the pay your owed. If what your owed is what your owed it always stands up.
