You're rejecting her, or perhaps the feelings you had for her. This is a form of self-rejection. She reminds you of your past self, a part of you that you likely hate, or that you haven't accepted.

It's also possible that you haven't admitted to yourself that the relationship you had is over, and that you're both now probably different people.

The only way to get past this is to see her as she is, accept her that way, and be grateful for the time you shared together. You must also develop self-love, and make peace with the past to move on.

You mention that she was toxic. I guess you are trauma bonded and have developed cptsd from the relationship. Google those terms and decide if you need professional help.
