Hey guys , maybe any of you ecs would help me with this. I understand the mechanics of man-woman relationships. I am having no problem of getting plates or as currently managing a ltr. But it is the man-man relationship that is the hard part. A woman is a woman , they dont have much power over you , but men can disrespect you , fight or make trouble against you, not accept you to the group and so on. I am having a lot of trouble managing my relationships with other man. Sometimes i come off as too aggressive and they might be afraid of me to engage a convo. If i show my sweet side than they will not respect me . How can i balance myself in a way that they show respect but still happily engage with me?
