Incels are the same thing as obnoxiously unhealthy fat people declaring it is impossible to become slim because they can't walk 100 meter without falling over almost dying. It was proven countless of times. Truth is harsh, your mind tries to find an excuse to stay away from something that isn't easy and requires alot of energy.
To me personally? There is no better cure to bullshit excuses you make up than "Blueprint Decoded - RSD Tyler" but at this point i feel like im making fucking ads for that thing. Get it. you can't/dont want to buy it, get it for free.

Get an haircut(in doubt go crew cut)
Go to a gym, any gym, lift(hundreds of good beginner programs across the web, spend at most 15 minutes looking for one)
Do cardio(you don't need a fit bit or any other bullshit of the sort, put your walking shoes on and walk if you can't run)
Read a book, then read another
Your chin is supposed to point upwards
Straight your back
Do this every day, lets talk in 3 months.
