Just for a contextual basis, I was only recently introduced to TRP, and have really just been looking into it for the past week but I like what I've been seeing so far.

I'm a 19 year old who's going on a trip to Asia with on this trade mission for people aged 17-25, so heading out with a range of ages. We'll be representing random organizations and basically trying to build relationships for them in China. (From what I've heard, we actually don't do too much other that tour and socialize, however)

I was wondering if askTRP could give me any tips either about what to do when you first meet someone in such situations, either in terms of as a trade representative or when I meet other people I'm traveling with, and how to assert myself better when I'm with others.
