The first time I soft nexted this plate because she agreed for me to come and didn't reply till late at night saying she "didn't see the text". I soft nexted 3 days and she texted apologizing and wanting to see me.

A month later 2nd instance occurs when she agrees on a time for me to come, then just does not reply at all till the morning. She does the BS apology again, I soft nexted 5 days this time.

At what point do I just tell her that shit is unacceptable? I assume by soft nexting they KNOW exactly what they did wrong but chose to do it again.
