This pushes the boundary of common sense. The ones who get convicted are the ones who actually did it or were dumb enough to not protect themselves.

That being said though, with regards to your question, there probably isn't a lot of lawyers specialising in false rape charges (assuming you're talking false rape, otherwise ignore this message). However any solid defence attorney would take the case.
