This isn't about being popular. This is about being social.

We are social animal and can't achieve anything witout the help of others. Just figure how you'd fare alone in the forest, without clothes tools and weapons made by others. Even making a knife alone would be extremely hard. Even if you where a master of making knifes. You'd never find the raw materials to begin with.

Money and stable organized societies changed the game as you can get most things just by asking and giving money without having to bother with social interractions.

But still, mastering social interractions is how you'll grow your career, how you'll make people help you willingly instead of getting in the way, and as we come to that you'd make other respecting you and will participate to your attractiveness.

You don't have to go out every night, organize barbecue every weekend for sure, but you should at least be respected by others, hold your frame and know how to get what you want from other seamlessly.

Men are 10 times thirstier than women. If not more. That's one of the main reasons most men would fuck anything that moves, including a hambeast and women are choosy because they have very good environment to be choosy and it is in their biology to be choosy and pick the best mate to procreate. Men can impregnate 100 women over a year so they can afford some error. Women can get pregnant only once in a year. They can NOT afford errors in mate selection. Which we all know isn't the case nowadays with online dating and unrestrained hypergamy.

Eggs are scarce. Sperm is plentiful and all that jazz. It is all related.
